great food , clean, friendly atmosphere, and especially " glad you are here " treatment. Our favorite place when we are in OC. Mr. B, you are awesome...(many, many, years ago ,we first visited your restaurant when it was in the ocean plaza mall, you still provide the same great service, food & personal attention then as now ! that is a welcome legacy in today's changing world !) MUCH APPRECIATED...??️

Hours are not accurate on their website. Don't believe the multiple open signs either. Staff not polite. Obviously can't comment on the food. Do not recommend.
Pricey and mostly disappointing takeout. I wouldn't order from here again. Average portion sizes for very high prices.The food was a mixed bag. The Mongolian beef was EXCELLENT. The moo shu pork was very disappointing. The streamed dumplings were just okay, but the dumpling sauce was terrible. The spicy edamame were very good. The pad Thai was also very good.The service for pickup was very good, with no complaints. The dining area looked to be clean and pleasant.Bottom line, it was just too expensive for average, at best, Chinese takeout.
The Chesapeake Rockfish special was literally one of the best meals I’ve ever had from Rice House… and in life!!! The Lime Soy Sauce was like icing on the cake! Thank you, Mr. B and Yvonne for your wonderful service and delicious dinner! We love you guys!!
Alittle pricey but some of the best Asian food / sushi in our area. Nice seating area.
We haven’t been here in a few years, but gave it try again and we had a great meal. . Our server Alexis was the best, she was friendly, attentive, and had great suggestions. We had Tom Yum, drunken noodles, Singapore rice noodles, and sesame chicken. Fresh and flavourful portions were good. Nice atmosphere.
Mr B and our blonde server (who states she is from Latvia) were incredibly nice and respectful. Very good sushi and soup. Try the Tom Yum soup. Very satisfied. Will be back soon!
I couldn't of picked a better place to enjoy my birthday with my husband. Sushi for me and a special curry plate made for my husband.
Rice house is the absolute best! The food is amazing! You can tell Mr.B cooks it with passion and cares about what leaves his kitchen. If you enjoy family owned restaurants that treat you as part of their own this is your place!!
