If I could give them 0 stars I would. The manager was very rude and spoke to his employees disrespectfully. The time frame given to us for the food was 20 minutes we waited over and hour and we went to pick up on top of that. Never did they say it may be delayed or bother to apologize. On top of that our garlic bread was just toasted bread there was nothing on it. Very poor service overall. The pasta meatballs & zitti were meh! Considering how long we waited very disappointed evening of 07/16
Love the pizza and the fact they deliver late
We do our annual trip to O.C. and we were introduced to Pizza Tugo's by the motel clerk a few years ago and he suggested the Godfather Pizza. They usually say the locals or workers down here know good places to eat and the clerk was so right about this pizza place. Four years later we are still ordering from here The Godfather Pizza. IT'S AWESOME! If you love loads of toppings and full of tasteful meat and veggies then this is the place to get your loaded, scrumptious pizza. Can't wait until we're down again to order from here.
I would like to start off by saying that, as many restaurant staff are, your staff were very kind, polite, and enthusiastic. It’s unfortunate that the same can’t be said for Scott. We came in recently, after much reluctance and debate, to see if maybe, just maybe, the service had improved since our last visit. We may as well have forged in the wild for berries and wild squirrels, and it would’ve been a more pleasant experience than this. The food again took a ridiculously long time to come out to us. In fact, as we were waiting, we read reviews aloud and laughed at the way the owner was so defensive to the ones that called him out for his apathy towards his establishment. Doesn’t that say a lot about his maturity level? Never again will we waste our hard-earned money here.
Pizzas good, but ordered boneless bbq wings and got regular breaded wings(very dry) with bbq on the side(which I was charged for). Really overpriced for the quality of the food. Will not repeat my business here. Not that I think it matters to them at all, after reading the rude responses to other reviews!!
After a night of drinking at Seacrets, my boyfriend and I went to Pizza Tugos for jumbo slice pizza. We were surprised that they didn't sell bottled water.Since it was past midnight, the selection was quite limited. My boyfriend had a slice of pepperoni with green peppers and I had a slice of pepperoni. It was nice that they heated the pizza up for us.Since the dining room was closed, we took the pizza to-go. The pizza slices were thin, cheesy, and loaded with pepperoni.
Ordered several items for a late night snack. The cheese steak turned out to be very salty. Probably would look for another place next time
Best pizza ever it’s super good the old soda machine was really cool because you did not haft to wait but it’s still really good and best pizza I’ve had.
Down on business, the bartender was rude as hell. Wanted my Carry out Oder toasted, (good luck on that) Order came out and the crappy bartender just threw it on the bar. Knew my order wasn’t what I asked for, Rudeness and not being customer friendly is why there was no tip left
Poor business policy. Food ok 3 adults, 2 toddlers and one infant. The manager indicated because we were a six top tip was added to our check. Half our check was take out. They did not provide an itemized receipt just total amount. If I hadn't questioned the amount we would not have known, they added tip. Fact is, we would have left a greater tip if it had not been included. Managers were rude and indicated that's how it is done. So no problem, lots of better choices in OC starting with Grottos.
