This was my worst Panera experience. So disappointed. We ordered pick up, I ordered a warm sandwich, ordered extra avocado. The sandwich was not warm, had literally 1 slice of avocado which is really sad since the sandwich normally comes with chicken and I ask for chicken to be left off. No cheese, just 2 slices of bread with roasted red peppers all over & one slice of avocado. I also order the poppyseed strawberry salad, asked for no pineapple. It came with pineapple. We won’t be back.

Probably best for take out orders. The food is decent and nutritious as always, but the restaurant was quite dirty and we had to clean our own table. When our order was called, we were offered a paper bag. When I said that I had not ordered take out, the staff was quite rude and initially refused to give us plates and utensils. I had to stand my ground, and we did manage to eat in, but we won't try to do so again anytime soon.
Filthiest Panera I’ve ever been to. Can’t forget to mention the awful customer service, staff was very unfriendly. Do better.

The place was kind of dirty, had a hard time finding a clean table. I found some wet wipes and cleaned a table myself. The food we ordered was very good but the portion sizes have gotten smaller.
The food was amazing but I had waited 25 minutes for my food just to go and ask for it which took another 15 minutes so that sucked overall I will probably eat there again wen I'm in the area
Ocean city has a very relaxing and comfortable environment however, Salisbury's location should have never moved. Do not like the new location in Salisbury, Maryland.
A family favorite and our go-to for years. As of late, I feel like the quality of food and service has declined. The restaurant is messy as well. I hope the franchise can figure this out sooner rather than later...
Lived in oc my whole life and had my fair share of Panera… for the past year or so, the quality of this Panera bread has absolutely gone downhill. Every time I go it’s a hit or miss on whether or not the food is actually going to be good, fresh, and hot. Very unlikely that it’s going to be all three of those things. If I want Panera now I go to the one in Salisbury where I know the food will always be good, fresh and hot!
