i got a large iced cappuccino that was completely sour. they were super nice and remade it for me, and the second one was sour as well. it was pretty disappointing, and i still remember the taste in my mouth. so unfortunate
Tried to charge 35 for 2 bagels coffees got no sugar after we asked for sugar and bagels barley got any cream cheese on them went back in and told them we need cream cheese they wanna say they have to charge for more cream cheese after we ordered it with cream cheese not even a 1 star 0 stars
Went here twice today. Was disappointed the first time that both the iced coffees my husband and I ordered tasted like drinking sand, due to the sugar not being dissolved. I never have this problem at other Dunkin's. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again awhile later, since my son wanted donuts. Of the half dozen donuts we ordered through the app, one was unavailable, and two were incorrect. When we got the ordered corrected, we watched as the manager took the glazed donuts we incorrectly received from our box, and placed them back on the sale rack. I had touched one of them, and both had been in our box for a good ten minutes before we realized the mistake and had to return to the store. This made me wonder what had happened to our donuts before we received them, and I can only imagine what the other 20 customers who watched thought of this. Disgusting and unacceptable.
The lady at the cashier and also the boy in there were very kind and my sandwich was delicious ♡
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hubby and I were out walking with our dog. They filled my water glass and gave us a pup cup along with my husband's coffee.
Very understaffed. Drive thru was closed because there was only 1 employee working in entire establishment.
Service was excellent but the drive thru is a bit confusing and very tight for large vehicles. I recommend parking and walking in instead.
This location closes early however, the staff is friendly and professional. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my family during our visit. We'll definitely be returning soon.
After standing inside for 10 minutes waiting for my coffee and observing a male staff member restock straws and such in the dining area, he immediately starts restocking the donut case without washing hands or wearing gloves. Yep…barehanded. Not ever stopping there again.
I ordered via my app, drove up, got my order. The order was correct. You could tell it was just made. The food was nice and hot. My Cold Brew was made perfectly! Needless to say, I was very happy!
