Almost out of donuts, out of munchkins and cold beverages machine was down
We are visiting OC and went here around 9:30AM. New workers, no problem, however the short woman whom was counting the drawer, had no patience for either me or the new worker. Seen the eye roll and then proceeded to charge me $1.70 for a little cup of cream cheese, however the bagel was barely had any on it to begin with. New management, better training, new outcomes.
I want to give this a one star just because the lady at the counter was rude. She seemed miserable to be at work that day. I understand people have bad days but put another person up front or try to smile. The things ordered did come out right and the service was sum what efficient. The parking lot is terrible. Your better parking elsewhere and walking.
No drive through Car lot very very congested. Very busy inside and small. Ordered my coffee came out wrong had to fix myself at counter with all the sugars, but had to wait for people to move. Otherwise clean and good quick service
So I went here twice (8/19 & 8/23). First time all was fine but today I ordered the same thing and coffee was super bitter, tasted old. I asked the worker and said was just made. Couldnt even drink it...uggh. Ill stop on the way out and get another at a diff location.
It was very busy which made the wait longer than normal.My order was correct and food was fresh and hot.
They forgot about our order and took about 15 to 20 for them to realise that they forgot about one of their customers order. Overall 2 stars
I went on 7-22 and everything was good. I went today 7-24 and coffee tasted old and didn't have extra cream like I asked. Also the manager was really nasty to a customer that order before me and asked for more liquid sugar in her coffee.
dunkin is dunkin what can i say? love my coffee but the attitudes of workers can be better
