Had almost no doughnuts or anything really to eat, the coffees and drinks we got were not made well at all. Service acted like bothered them to make your order

This is for the brand new location on 26th Street & Coastal: Living in the immediate neighborhood, I had my first visit today. VERY confusing drive-thru. Basically you need to circle the building twice to place an order. More clear signage is needed. As a neighbor, and someone who would have been a daily year-round customer, the refusal to take my order at the window when I drove in "incorrectly" was uncalled for. I was told to drive around the building again. There was no one else in the drive-thru. I wanted to support you, but no longer. The local, and legendary, Fractured Prune donuts is just a block away; and two other major franchises that sell good coffee (at 1/2 the price) are two blocks away. I'll be going back to the old places once again. Train the staff on polite, considerate customer service, Mr. DD owner. The employee today cost you about $1000 in year-round trade.

Who doesn't like Dunkin Donuts especially if you make $14 and hour working there???This is one of the many Dunkin Donuts in Ocean City MD we stopped and grabbed a chocolate frosted for Tony and I got Heart shaped Bavarian Cream Powder sugar....ummm so warm fresh and GOOD
The employees there are very nice, friendly and welcoming.
Service was very quick and easy however I did not like that they took my box of dozen donuts sideways before giving it to me.The bacon had great flavor however wasn't on a good value
The sandwich was at least hot and I would give the egg and cheese portion of the sandwich I got a date out of 10. However, my everything bagel I got my sandwich on was very hard seem to be very old and I would rate the bagel a 3 out of 10. I have been too many different Dunkin donuts hundreds of times and this experience was subpar. Also, the hash browns were disgusting.
Ordered online so proof of what I ordered. Had to have my order corrected 3 times, then was told I had to have a mask on to be inside. I WOULDNT HAVE TO BE IN THERE 3 TIMES WITHOUT A USELESS MASK IF YOU MADE MY COFFEE CORRECT! Avoid this dunking and go to the boardwalk location. Haven't had an issue there. Friendlier staff and cleaner.
