Excellent service! Food was hot, fresh & delicious! The playground was a hit with the kids while we waited a short time for our table. Drinks were perfect!
I really love the food and atmosphere here. I’ve brought the family for dinner every time we’ve visited OC. You need to try the chowder and the crab dip appetizer. So good.A note on kids meals- my kids pretty much only order Mac and cheese, and the Mac and cheese they serve kids seems like it’s just Kraft Mac and cheese. Which is good, because they actually eat it, but also feels like a bit of a rip off for the cost of a kids meal. That being said, great place, great food. Even with 4 kids inflating the bill; we will be back next time we’re in town.
Dead Freddie's was good, what drew us in was the kid friendly atmosphere with the playground areas. Food was decent, albeit a bit expensive. Everything was listed as 'market' price, even chicken entrees. You had to scan the QR code to see the menu online for the latest costs. Overall, a nice vacation atmosphere, good selections for the kids, and service was friendly.
Nice place to take the family. They have play area for the kids and bar area if there by yourself. Food is good. A nice variety for everyone.
Arrived at opening for lunch with no waiting, we were seated right away. Service was ok and food was ok with nothing over the top. There is an outdoor playground and lots of tv's throughout the restaurant. Priced around where a beach restaurant would be. Pirate themed with an ok selection of food. If there was no playground it's at best a 3 star.
These mozzarella balls were amazing! The environment, food, service, and play area for kids was perfect. A bit pricey but so is everything in ocean city during the summer. We will be returning!
Never go here. Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. Treated us like garbage. Lied to us and then told us we can’t eat there.
Food mostly good, chicken planks on kids menu not very good. DO NOT get crush drinks -- they are terrible, not crushes -- just watered down drinks on ice!
This year was our first time eating at Dead Freddie's. It won't be our last. The Chesapeake Burger was delicious and cooked perfectly. My boys enjoyed the fish & chips and crab cakes. My husband and I each got a frozen drink and it was refreshing and made well.
Long wait. Over an hour. My first choice for an entree was not available. The server came back and asked for my alternate menu choice. Got a crab and shrimp wrap which was still good. Pasta salad was yummy too. Orange crushes were excellent. Extremely long wait at the bar while waiting for our table. Cute decorations and ambiance.
