With being a oc local I know how this chipotle use to run…. Those days are dead and gone. The place is filthy, no one is friendly, orders are always wrong. I rarely ever leave a negative review but I’m hoping higher management will see theses reviews and make a change.If you’re looking for a chipotle fix I recommend driving a littler extra further to the location up town!
I've been going to this Chipotle for the last 3-4 years now and it's been excellent up until this past year. I don't think I've ever placed an online order that was actually made correctly. Last time my s/o and I placed an online order for two large bags of chips, two quesos, an extra tortilla, and two burritos, he showed up and found no chips, no queso, no extra tortilla, and two bowls instead of burritos. I guess the manager or whoever was on duty told him that they ran out of chips and queso. Was very displeased that he was not contacted prior to the employees making the order, and we also received no refund for our purchase. Finally we get home and open our bowls to find that we didn't even get the things we paid extra for. No double chicken, no guacamole. Won't be returning here for a while, next time I want Chipotle I'll go to the North OC location. Get it together.
The store was trashed, the food line looked filthy and none of it even looked changed over in forever. None of the people working the line or at the register were friendly. I asked for salad dressing and they had none. Then to top it off there was no ice when i went to fill my drink. I'll update once Ive tried the food, wish me luck on that!!!
I went to Chipotle and waited in line for a half an hour and someone ahead of me in line turned around and announced that they were out of rice and beans. Who wants a burrito without rice or beans?!? It's poor product management or simply not caring about serving customers enough to bring out a fresh bin of food. The same thing happened to a friend of mine a week ago. They got there a half hour before they closed and they were out of lettuce, guacamole, cheese and sour cream. You only serve 1 product Chipotle, and variations on a heme...poor performance.
i asked for a kids cheese quesadilla, but i just got a tortilla with a sprinkle of cheese. the price was off by $9 and i had to borrow money from a friend because they lied about the price on the menu. i had to provide my own sprinkled cheese and i will NOT come back to this establishment. i am very mad and am now $14 short of something that cost $4.45. unacceptable.
2022$13 burrito bowl with extra chicken that actually didn’t get extra. $10 for regular burrito bowl.Not sure if I will do thatI chose this over other options based on it being $7 loaded up.2018$7 burrito bowl and they gave you extra chicken. Employees trying to make people happy and in good spirits and seem to care about customer.
Food was good. Not the cleanest Chipotle. The staff wasn't very friendly compared to other Chipotles but they listened well.
If you are in Ocean City MD, the outlets are a most stop. You can find out a variety of outlets and restaurants to spend your evening. This outlet of chipotle was spacious and definitely good doesn't require a review. If you are hungry and looking for a pocket friendly spot it's a good try.
Hopefully it was just a mistake but the rice wasn't seasoned so it tasted like plain rice, which made overall food way too bland. Edible? Yes. Tasty? No. I was on my way to Ocean City, so I am not sure whether this place is consistently bad or not. I might give it another chance and see.
Extremely rude customer service! Employee should be fired!!ordered a chicken bowl to go and 2 tortillas on the side. the server on the line burns the 2 tortillas and packs them in front of eyes. When asked to replace the 2 burnt tortillas with new ones, he rolls his eyes and warms up 2 new tortillas. While I proceed to pay, that employee throws the 2 tortillas in the bag and goes to the chips station. When asked 'why he threw them the tortillas, he says with attitude'.If I am the manager, I would seriously fire that employee. I can identify that employee if needed.order # 149, time: 12:55 pm.
