Me and my coworkers at Panera bread order breakfast multiple times throughout the year and the last four times we have ordered from there Our m order has been wrong, food has been misplaced and no compensation has been made. We were accused of lying once about food missing. Usually chic fil a is on point. But here lately they have been slacking.
this was my worst chick-fil-a experience and i go to chick-fil-a almost 3 times a week. the lady at the desk was cleaning the counters instead of taking orders and she recognized that i was there. i stood there for almost 10 minutes. then they kept giving me attitude for asking for my stuff that was missing. the bread of the chicken sandwich was drenched in butter. definitely do not recommend.
Our buns were a little stale and the french fries soggy. Not sure what that was all about. But the bbq sauce was awesome.
Great service. Always friendly and polite. The food was good and still hot when it was brought to my table. The dining areas were clean and tidy along with the bathrooms also being clean.
They forgot an order of waffle fries and gave me wrong type of chicken. Food we got was good and staff was friendly but didn't notice until after we left or I'm sure they would have corrected it
We ordered pick up for our lunch, we got a notification our food was ready, and someone would bring it out to us shortly. We waited another 20 minutes for our food to come out. When we received it, it was cold and incorrect. Sadly disappointing.
this was absolutely the worst experience i’ve ever had. the white girl with the brunette hair working up front and answering the phones needs to be fired. online it said that they open at 6:30 and on the door it says they open at 6. we arrived at 6am and waited until 6;30 and called and asked why the drivethru wasn’t open yet and she hung up while i was i talking. so i figured i could order inside since the doors was unlocked and she said they didn’t open until 7am and told me to gtf out the store. as a person of color this type of behavior during black history month is unacceptable and i 100% felt targeted and disrespected. this doesn’t represent chic fil a AT ALL and it definitely makes me not to return especially because there’s so many more bad reviews. you would’ve honestly thought that the workers were people who worked at mc donald’s and it’s just sad. i hope this reached corporate so that girl working up front can be terminated.
I have gone to many Chick-Fil-A’s and have always gotten excellent service. I was greatly disappointed with this Chick-Fil-A. The food was good however, the service was awful. This location was not very friendly. It first took 5 plus minutes for someone to recognize that I was at the counter. Then it took almost 30 minutes to get our order. There were some employees that were just walking back and forth and not really doing anything. Definitely not the typical Chick-Fil-A experience.
They had my order wrong and I didn’t realize until I was back at my hotel room. The line was not long but the service was super slow for A chick-Fil-a.
Associates were pleasant and provided great service. Our breakfast was excellent.
