This is for the brand new location on 26th Street & Coastal: Living in the immediate neighborhood, I had my first visit today. VERY confusing drive-thru. Basically you need to circle the building twice to place an order. More clear signage is needed. As a neighbor, and someone who would have been a daily year-round customer, the refusal to take my order at the window when I drove in "incorrectly" was uncalled for. I was told to drive around the building again. There was no one else in the drive-thru. I wanted to support you, but no longer. The local, and legendary, Fractured Prune donuts is just a block away; and two other major franchises that sell good coffee (at 1/2 the price) are two blocks away. I'll be going back to the old places once again. Train the staff on polite, considerate customer service, Mr. DD owner. The employee today cost you about $1000 in year-round trade.
Hours are NOT the same. I just Changed the hours on Google. This Baskin-Robbins is inside Dunkin Donuts which closes by 4pm right now.There's a ATM in this building as well.2 Stars because I walked here with my 6 year old from our hotel and it was 16 minutes away. :(It's a crossed a cool mini golf course though.It's located in a plaza (I attached a photo of what's here).

Such a friendly staff, always make my coffee just right! 10/10 recommend this dunkin. Must try their frozen blueberry coffee!
We stopped here several times for coffee and once for Ice Cream it was so hot the ice cream melted very quickly on our walk to the boardwalk. There is no seating here just an express ordering very small but conveniently located. The service was ok and the donuts were fresh. Typical Dunkin Donuts coffee ☕️
They keyed in the order wrong and behaved like I did something wrong. I had to go the coffee person to correct it. Missed something from another part of the order. Not worth the trouble.
While on the job, one of the employees took a tasting spoon and got ice cream and ate it and then dipped it back into the container with the same spoon and ate some more while customers watched. Good to know that the ice cream is being eaten out of by employees. Will never go there again.
