We get subs here at least twice a week when we're on vacation. They are the best. Also a great selection of wine, beer and liquor.
First experience; it's a deli hoagie, nothing bad about it, nothing special either. Just your typical hoagie.
Kept hearing how you HAVE to go to Anthony's, that they have the best subs ever so we finally got a chance.We ordered the Flagship and the Yankee Clipper: Were the subs good - yes, stuffed - yes, worth $20 - NO, Wish we had known they put away everything in the deli later in the day, as all they offered were the subs when we got there.
It’s ok. It’s Your traditional deli/sub place. Nothing special. Ordered 3 salads, all 3 were very bland, nothing creative here.
Excellent ? prices on all liquor. The sandwiches and subs the best in the town. Totally great!
Love this place, everything is fresh and the sandwich is DEFINITELY 2 servings so well worth the cost!! I got the trade winds - turkey sub with Swiss lettuce tomato onion and mayo
The subs were very good, especially the just baked bread. Subs were large enough for us to get 2 meals out of each.
This is a hidden gem in OC. Been here over 50 years and serves AMAZING subs (hogies) and sandwiches. Great friendly people also.
Love the shrimp salad sub, worth the $23 bucks....definitely a sub for 2...just like all the subs they have
I do not know how the deli sandwiches are as I’ve never had one, my memories of Anthony’s are as a teenager in the 60s hanging around trying to get someone to buy us a six pack of beer. Don’t remember if it worked or not, but every time I drive past Anthony’s it brings back fun memories of a young teenager trying to get away with something.
