Highly recommend this place if you are into seafood .. amazing handheld dishes , their avocado crab dish is amazing. Their Jamaican shrimp is yumm (it is a messy dish) hummus plate was OK .Have a collection of local brews which is good .
I went there with my family of 5, we were hungry after a long day at the beach. This was the only place we could find service after 8:30 without having to wait. So far so good. We sat almost immediately and we ordered appetizers and everyone order something different from the no so exiting menu. Every single appetizer was extremely salty and overcooked and our meals felt short and overpriced and it took a long time to arrive. Service wasn’t the best, it was ok but they managed to church a 20% tip. The place is not bad looking. I did not tried any of the beers but definitely the food was a big disappointment. So don’t waist your time and money.
We went to this place because it’s one the places we did not visit yet in Ocean City Md. What a big mistake. I ordered a BLT. How can you mess up this right ? The price was $15 so I thought it really should be amazing. My friend ordered the French Dip Sandwich with coleslaw which cost another $3. Sounded easy enough. Both things were horrible! First the coleslaw. Now we have eaten a lot of coleslaw a lot but this is something we have never seen. It had broccoli and some odd things in it , in fact it looked like kale was in it . We asked the waitress what she gave us and she said that’s our coleslaw . We should have taken a picture of it but we were in shock with this horrible tasting thing. If that’s what they offer, the should say it’s unique coleslaw. So that wasn’t eaten. The French Dip was horrible . My friend couldn’t eat it. Now my BLT!! Two tomatoes , a piece of lettuce and about 5 pieces of bacon. There was nothing to this sandwich! For $15 I expected more than this. I ate some of it but it was the worse BLT ever. Now I don’t know if they had a new chef or what but we will not step foot in this place again. We were going to order burgers, but saw it was $1 for onions $1 for cheese so we decided to just get what we ordered . Never going back. Horrible experience. We left and went someplace else to actually eat
Our first time here, we frequent Ocean City every year! This place was incredible, from the kind service, cleanliness, and the FOOD was incredible. We love the tapped out fries, the tapped out dog, and they have some of the BEST Mac n Cheese ever! Definitely highly recommend, we will miss this restaurant!
Awaiting check in to our hotel; stopped here to unwind from our long drive. Hostess sat us at an outdoor table overlooking the bay. Had to move ourselves to the outdoor bar as the sun was overwhelming at the table, no umbrella or shade. Bartender provided excellent service. IPAs were cold and views exceptional. Would not recommend the chicken tenders.
Had a great visit for lunch. Staff was friendly. There were only a few tables, so they were WAY over staffed today.Started with the "Tapped Up Fries". Top notch. Their sauce was amazing.I had a chicken Ceasar wrap, and the better half had chicken tacos with sweet potato tots. Not a bad thing to say about any of it! Looking forward to coming back during our next visit to OCMD.
One of the more overrated dining establishments in Ocean City. The views are spectacular, and the bar is always popular, but the food is lackluster and overpriced, even for Ocean City. They are also charging a surcharge for credit card usage.Come for: The views, friendly service, and the drinks.Surprising: No MD Vegetable Crab Soup, no Crabcake options
We have come to the Taphouse many times and always liked it. Very nice atmosphere with beautiful bay views. However, last night's dinner wasn't up to snuff. The food was average; I had the "world's greatest BLT" (it was ok certainly not the world's greatest) and my two employees both had the cheesesteak, which in the past they have spoken highly of. This time they felt it wasn't loaded up with steak as in the past. Prices have gone way up, but we know that's common now in our nose-diving economy. The atmosphere has taken a terrible hit with the awful music they pump in; some sort of a combination of "new country" and soft rap music. My two employees, both in their 20's were actually very angry at this as they were looking forward to the softer classic rock that had always enhanced the atmosphere at the Taphouse. When the bill came the waitress informed me that "starting last night we charge 3.5% if you use either a credit card or a debit car"...so that capped off a very sour experience. So, with so much competition that might be the last time I bring my staff there.

Food ranged from "not that bad" to "uhh no." Left most of it behind. But in their defence the menu didn't make it sound that appealing.Server was friendly and the location was well kept.Would come back for a drink... But not a bite.
Very nice location next to the water. Awesome view from most of the seated dining area. Our server was very prompt with our orders. Enjoyed the Pretzels and it’s dips and also the crab cakes were delicious.There is enough parking space available.
