Great place to get Pub food. The wait wasn't long for a Friday night. The hush puppies are enormous. The pulled pork melts in your mouth. The turkey club was well large and filling.
I started my meal with the smoked BBQ chicken wings. I enjoyed the smokiness, but think the wings would have been better served with a thicker sauce with more flavor. I also ordered a full rack of ribs. The meat on the ends was flavorful and juicy, but as I made my way in deeper, the rib meat dried out a bit and became tougher to swallow. Cole slaw was average and the fries were a bit mushy and room temperature.
my son and I both ordered the French Dip sandwich, he had it with French fries and I had the onion rings. Everything was great, the French Dip roast beef was tasty and the roll was perfectly toasted. The FF and Onion Rings were awesome, I assume made fresh in house not frozen because the were next level. Tried most of the famous Ocean City eateries this is the top dog. Not debatable. The atmosphere is cozy neighborhood sports bar, service was friendly and professional.
The place is the only one we found serving food after 10 pm!! Big plus. The chili Mac and cheese is very good. The burger needs some more taste but it was a good size.The BBQ sauce is very Carolina’s style. We asked the waitress if they had a beer menu, and she said no, but then we found a beer menu at the table next to us. Nice place to get some beer and have a comfy dinner.
Delicious food and Excellent Service, we also loved the music... wrapped scallops was delicious, ribs, chicken, cheesesteak, drinks was also really great. We definitely will go back again..
This was our first time here & the food was amazing!!! I got a chicken cheese steak & a side of mac & cheese. The chicken cheese steak is breast meat that is shredded & it was some of the best mac & cheese I've had at a restaurant before. I also had a Zombie to drink & it was really good!!! My bf got the brisket sandwich that he said was really good. There's bottles of BBQ sauce on the tables for you to add however much you want on your food. I added it to the chicken cheese steak & it made it so much more delicious!!! The staff was really friendly & the service was great!!! The restaurant itself is really nice looking & clean. They have tons of album covers all over the ceilings which we both enjoyed looking at all of them. They have a decent sized menu & the prices are decent too. The only complaint we had was the band was setting up while we were there & one of the guys was standing at the side door, just holding it open even when the other guys weren't going through it & it was pretty chilly so all the tables right there were getting slammed with gusts of cold air & the kid didn't seem to care & then they were setting up directly in front of the only way to get to the bathroom. So, you had to walk through their stuff to get to them. They definitely had more than enough room there to move some stuff over to prevent customers from having to walk through their stuff & they seemed pretty rude. When people we were walking up to go to the bathroom they would all just stop & give everyone dirty looks. The same with the shorter guy holding the door open the whole time. I'm not even sure if the bands name because we finished our dinner before they even started. It was April 9, 2022. They didn't influence how we felt about the restaurant though we would go back a million times over but probably would make sure that particular group isn't playing. We were going to continue to drink & listen to them but after seeing how rude they were we decided to leave.
Best barbecue I've had in Maryland so far! They have a great selection on the menu, there's a little something for everyone. I got the brisket and it was flavorful and perfectly cooked. Service was quick and friendly. Can't wait to come back!
Atmosphere was very comfy, big booths completely private. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable esp Lynn the waitress we had. And the food was phenomenal!!! We got the candied bacon which came with sweet cornbread... OMG delicious!!! We also got the bacon wrapped scallops and the Honey Old Bay wings... INCREDIBLE✨?✨ Well definitely be back!!! ???
Food was fantastic and the environment was awesome. We came in from out of town on the off season and happened to hit happy hour which had killer prices. Above all the service was Amazing! I don’t have a single negative thing to say
THE BEST! I can't believe it took us so many years to finally eat here. Coming from an area with a variety of good, local eateries, it's hard to find a restaurant that can compete while in OC. We come down multiple times during the year and always visit Pit n Pub twice. Definitely recommend if you're considering dining here. The take out family meals are just as delicious as dining in!!!
