I am in the area for work and yesterday, I visited this location prior to getting my day started! When I walked in, I was immediately greeted! The ladies were very pleasant! My order was immediately taken! I was asked my name and I waited. After I received my order, I was thanked and told to have a great day! All I could say was WOW, what a great customer service experience!! I went back this morning! I was immediately greeted…by my name!! This was beautiful!! My thoughts…She remembered me!! This location is my go to when I'm in the area. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. I have always had quick service and often just order ahead to avoid any waiting. My order is always correct and just the way I like it.
Came at 6:30am door was locked. Employees just starred and did nothing. Unacceptable ! I then had to go to the one on Campbell blvd and they were ready to serve me. They also mentioned that this location opens the same time as them.
Three girls working today preferred talking to each other rather than taking my order so I left. Only person there. Only person in line.
By far the worst Starbucks I've been to, long wait just to order and even longer wait to get your drink (all I ever get is an iced tea). Each time I've been there the cashier takes one order at a time and walks away in between orders.
Early morning Sunday breakfast was great! Two persons were working in tandem on the orders. Service was fast and efficient, and breakfast, delicious.
Normally I have good service here but the guy who rang me up an made my drink changed that! He basically argued that mixing my whip cream made my caramel brulee latte disappear! They left a big gap because they gave me less drink for a over $6 latte! So price went up and the latte you get less now! I guess I'll have to go elsewhere or stop going to Starbucks all together!
I was at the Avenue for the Christmas parade and management was not prepared. It took 20 minutes to order, then after waiting 15 minutes, I was told my drinks were still 40 minutes from being made. There definitely needs to be better planning next year. Get it together starbucks
