Don't bother going here. They turn off the lights during business hours and pretend no one is standing out in the heat at the window. Tried to walk in. In the back chilling. Told me they were closed. Just left. 1:30 pm on a Thursday. Put a $&ing closed sign up if you want to do nothing. Seriously.
Nice refreshing cold treat
Went there to get ice cream asked for two large cups of ice cream they charged me $4.39 for each one and only put enough ice cream to about halfway up the cup definitely not a large. I would not recommend going there it was definitely not worth what they charged for the amount you are given.
Enjoyed the Bristol shake. Awesome taste and refreshing.
Ice cream and frozen custard
Terrible experience 6/6/21Placed order and waited 5-10 minutes! After the wait, they said no vanilla custard. Watched several vanilla custard orders go out while we waited. Was handed a melted gelati, half vanilla and chocolate. I’ll stick with the ice cream truck, it’s cheaper and better service!!!

The Overlea location has the rudest employees and their “operating hours” make no sense. I’ve gone 3 times on 3 different days during their posted hours and have been told by an employee that they’re closed. The ice is already overpriced but some days you’re just in the mood but at this point I’m done trying.
If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The customer service I had on Saturday was terrible. The young guy was very rude towards me. Also I handed him money in his hand, he returned my change by putting it on the counter when I had my hand out. This was my first time coming to this Rita’s location, I will never patronize this location again.
