This use to be our favorite Panera for over 8 years and also recommended them to our leadership team for catering orders but for the last few years, the food and service has gone completely downhill. Out of the last 10 orders, at least 6 of the orders were made wrong or missing items. We completely understand due to supply and demand, certain things are not available but I assure you, this was not my case. When we went back, they corrected the orders. It is a true inconvenience to leave the store and drive all the way back because no one took the time to make sure everything was correctly made before handing it to us.
I have visited this location multiple times and had a great experience every time. Their food is amazing their staff is friendly and patient despite the fact that they are always packed. Maybe that’s why they’re so busy, everyone loves their service and food. Please keep up the good job.

me and my family‘s favorite place to eat brunch. the service is really nice and they have a great variety of options. it’s a really nice place to study it’s like a café you can sit there and eat and relax. they have nice windows you can see out of. the chairs are really comfortable they have sofas it’s really nice the food is really good the service is nice everyone’s nice and it’s quick and fast. overall Panera is a five out of five as one of my favorite places I love the grilled cheese there.
My son and I enjoy coming in for a coffee and a 'muffie' . He loves the muffins so we've been in since he was a baby, he's pretty well behaved but still, a kid, and the staff has always been kind and patient with him as I try to move us along as quickly as I can. Other than that local piece, it is what you want in a Panera, consistently good food, drinks and cleanliness.
Great location to meet other business individuals. Food is decent however portions are insanely small and stingy. Often have to go back to get a missing item such as chicken on a salad or forgetting basic salad dressing etc. Other than that I am grateful to have food :)
Food was delivered precisely as ordered, nice job! We ordered for six people and everything was spot on. Usually Panera can be hit or miss.
The wife and I go to panera bread often when we travel. We visited the White Marsh branch on Dec.30th as we were leaving town. Got our usual Chicken salad and creamy tomato soup. As always a good choice . But to our dismay there wasn't enough chicken salad on either sandwich to talk about and her sandwich had so much lettuce she had to take most of it off. We were severely disapointed. Never have we had this experience before at that or any other Panera Bread location
Love Panera but this not a 9 dollar salad ?
Very disappointed that prices rise and quality drops. I ordered a Turkey bacon bravo and it came with only one small slice of bacon and hardly any turkey. The majority of the sandwich was cheese that smothered any taste of the meager portion of meat. This is now the second time in a row this has to me. Panera you have lost a customer.
