Food was amazingggg. Service was more than perfect!!!!!!!! Bobby was our server and he is knowledgeable about the menu, he suggested the short ribs, Thai street noodles, dynamite shrimps, and California sushi roll …. and honestly, it was the best meal of my life … I have been to PF Chang’s in more than 5 countries worldwide and this specific branch with Bobby’s service was the best everrrrr!!!!We ended our meal with banana rolls and they were phenomenal. Bobby also suggested that :)Go there, ask for Bobby and live the best experience
EDIT: They ended up making sure the return went through and I did recieve my gift card. If I give them another chance and the experience is good I will change the ratingI ordered delivery for our family today and had a horrible experience. The delivery team only delivered half of our order so that wasn't the restaurants fault. I spoke to the manager and informed him I was missing half of the order. He said that he could either return the food or have a replacement order sent out which really didn't help because by the time the other half of the order would come our delivered items would be cold so he offered to reimburse the missing items to my card and also send a replacement so I accepted that. Well, the replacement didn't include one of the missing items and the manager was so apologetic he offered to comp the meal, send a replacement and said he would throw in extras (that we never recieved) and would send a gift card. I'm still waiting to see the reversal on my credit card after having an over $100 total. To add insult to injury because of the plastic packaging and moisture every single item that we had that was friend was soggy including the orange chicken, 2 desserts and calamari. Also, my lettuce for my lettuce wraps had an old edge. I don't know if I will ever recieve my refund or gift card and I'm leery of giving them a second chance.
I had lunch there yesterday with 2 friends of mine. We were celebrating a birthday. I had been there before and thought it was good. I thought the restaurant was very nice inside and we all enjoyed our lunch. The only part that I didn't like was that they didn't give you a menu and they expected you to pull up their menu on their website. I didn't like that at all.
The food was okay. Went around 10 on a Friday night. Quick service. Our waiter was great. He was newer, but it felt like he's been working there for a long time. They have a separate menu if you have allergies, which I really appreciated. Just couldn't get the appetizers I wanted. The honey chicken was good, it just had a vinegar taste. I was expecting it to be sweet and it wasn't. The white rice was horrible. I couldn't eat it. Great service though. My friend enjoyed his meal: chicken friend rice. He also raved about the pork ribs appetizer.

Visited P.F. Changs in White Marsh today and had a good dining experience. This PF's is smaller than the usual PF's but a little more cozy. The food is the same high quality as expected with other PF's. The staff was awesome and very attentative. Food was awesome...actually had three appetizers before the entrees. Stop in for a beverage, the bar is huge and has something for everyone...you will love the Asian pear mojito!I have visited lots of PF's but this one ranks up there with one of my favorites.
My friend gave me a gift card.So that I made an order tonight.I just ordered a Mongolian Beef and BBQ spare ribs for my dinner.The beef was too dry and firm.They shouldn’t fried so long.The beef should be juicy and tender!!!And the order was really small and charge me $20 for the beef!!!Oh my …Not what I expected.It’s my first time made an order and I believe this is last time also. So disappointed! I won’t go back again.This is the worst Chinese restaurant I’ve ever had.
We ordered carry out for a birthday dinner for my husband. It was a large order and because of his Celiacs he has to have gluten free and he prefers to eat home just in case. Our order was large and there were some mess ups. I spoke with the manager and she was amazing at helping to fix the order. She even brought the fixed items out herself and apologized. Mistakes happen and Lisa made it right, she is a pure asset to the restaurant! Food was delish.
Food was reliably good; service was extremely speedy and professional.
I had Lunch today and the location was great because it is basically in the mall parking lot so I had enough room to park my Tractor Trailer. The front of the building was decorated beautiful. When I walked in the restaurant, I was greeted by the hostess. I was seated immediately. My waitress came quick. The food came out quick. I had a great experience. I was able to pay by scanning the receipt.
