Today, 6/15/22 around 6pm, my husband ordered chicken nuggets and requested honey. When he pulled off from the drive through he had honey mustard. He went inside and asked for honey. The employee stormed off and stated “you have honey mustard, why do you need honey. Honey Mustard should be good enough.” Just rude and unnecessary commentary. He paid for my food, he should get the items he requested and shouldn’t be back talked to when a mistake is made and he is just trying to rectify it. McDonald’s, DO BETTER!
Had a horrible experience with the evening shift manager at this location on Sunday night.Situation: I went through the drive-thru. Had a normal experience paying at the first window then at the second window my food was not ready and they told me to move up to the 'third window.' There is no third window at this or any McDonald's location. It's either a door or a parking space. This is not McDonald's policy. I refused to move up. No one was behind me and it's fully in our right to not move up according to McDonald's corporate office. The worker insisted I move up. When I declined again the manager came to the window and I refused again.The manager then came out of the restaurant and took pictures of me, my car, and license plate. I took photos of him doing it as well. The manager went back into the restaurant, came back to the window (food still not ready) and said "I got your license plates, the color of your car, and what you look like so when you come back imma know it's you"When the food was ready he handed it to me and said "are you really gonna eat that?" Implying something might not be right with the food...I drive off and checked my order only to find the whole order incorrect. I threw out the entire order feeling they did something to my food. I called McDonald's customer support to file a complaint and speak with the owner of this franchise. I have not received a call back or refund for my order.Literally the worst experience I've ever had with fast food.There's a great Chick-fil-A right next to this McDonald's everyone. Go there or anywhere else
EXPENSIVE!! $42 for a burger, a fish sandwich, 20-piece nugget, two McFlurries and two shakes ... RIDICULOUS!!! Ordered my food on the kiosk and took 10 to 15 minutes to even get somebody to come over so I can pay for it and there was no one else in front of me. The drive-thru was much more important than anything any of the people inside needed ... Since I work in the restaurant business to me this is completely and totally unacceptable!!!
Very rude drive thru employee taking my order. Had a nasty attitude treating me like I was inconveniencing her by placing a simple 3 item order. If I hadn't already just worked 16 hours, I would have gone into that building to address the matter with a manager. Doubt it would have made a difference.
French fry was made by an actual French person. He had the mustache, the black and white stiped shirt, the baguette, the accent, the four foot tall height, the black pants, and the black shoes. This place is awesome with its atheistic. I love Macdonald. I like fry. Just a shame they they had no hashbrowns at all. I was really looking forward to it.
Breakfast burritos are miniaturized compared to Tacobell breakfast burritos. Trashcans in non convenient locations purposely to cut down in people using them. No drive past trashcans for easy access after eating on lot either, like most use to have.
This location has the best customer service I have every experienced at a McDonalds. Hands down!!
If 0 was a possible option. I would give them zero the manager that has black and red hair was cussing her workers out total rude and yeah that's all I can say
This is the WORST McDonald’s we have ever been to. We really wanted to like this one since it’s 5 min from our house. We both worked at McDonald’s as teenagers so feel that we are more understanding than the average customer. But the service here is horrendous! They are never quick. No one ever knows what is going on or anything about any orders. Complete incompetence. And the customer service is a joke! Our recent experience tops the list though. We ordered through the mobile app - 2 separate orders to use the coupons. We gave our codes in the DT and were told to pull to the window. The guy at the first window gave us a receipt for one of the orders and slammed the window. I said there were 2 orders. He just shrugged and told us to pull up. The girl at the second window gave us the first order and slammed the window again. I asked about the second order and she said they didn’t have it. Told us to go to the third window. We waited for at least 10 min. Finally she came over. She was incredibly rude. Accused us of trying to get free food we didn’t order. I showed her our mobile receipt. She said it didn’t matter because it wasn’t on their system. She slammed the window and walked away. We called the restaurant and asked for a manager. She was even worse than her employee. Rude, condescending, and incompetent. She couldn’t bring it up in their system, so we must be lying. Our receipt and bank charge weren’t good enough. She screamed at us over the phone and eventually hung up on us. We went home without half our food and cold fries. We will never be back to this location!
I have to say yeah this is the best if u wNt fresh breakfast. Biscuits r never or hardly hard. If they make a mistake. They make good. They to me imo.....CARE
