Good place.. food like any mcds and I seem to never have to wait long usually in and out but I do usually chose to eat at different hours to skip the lunch or breakfast rush hours.
Drove up and sat at the window for five minutes. Nothing. Swore i saw two people inside. Drove around and they were just sitting there. Pulled around one more time… nothing. Thanks for wasting my time and gas to detour there. 24 hrs if they feel like getting up.
I don't normally give bad reviews if I have a bad experience, everyone has bad days, but this is the third time in a row that I've had issues. They were supposed to be serving food since it's open 24 hours. I ordered on the app, pulled up to the drive thru, and she said we're not serving food until breakfast. I said what about my online order and she said uhh I don't know. No help. I don't get why they're open all the time if they keep having issues in the evening. Why waste money on making it open if they're not going to serve food
yea idk usually this place is fine but at like 1-2am you have to flip a coin on whether they are actually open or just have someone manning the drivethru speaker getting paid to idle
This place is poorly run and provides horrible service even for a fast food restaurant. We have had issues multiple times here. But this time was the last straw. We had correct the girl at the window multiple times when we had her read back out order. They had us pull up to a spot to have our order brought to us but then forgot we were there. We waited 20 minutes and then finally my husband got out in the rain and went into the store to get our food. He received no apology just a bunch of excuses and employees blaming each other. There is another McDonalds a mile away - I would recommend you go to that one.
Whoever was working here on Saturday March 26, 2022 at 230 in the morning needs to be fired. When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker, the female employee says they are closed. So I responded saying the McDonald’s app says they’re open (not letting her know I’ve come through this location around this time countless times before) . That’s when she tells me they are only taking Doordash orders at this time (not letting her know that I’ve just signed off the DoorDash driver app maybe 20 minutes prior) . So I opened the DoorDash Driver app just to see how busy the area was, and anyone who has worked for DoorDash knows what I mean when I say the area was in gray and therefore would not let me sign on. That’s also why I signed off in the first place) So as I am pulling out of the drive-through, I see the woman I was just speaking to and another employee on the side of the building smoking. ??♂️??♂️??♂️
Friendly counter staff, clean facility. I wish there were more healthy meal choices available. Like grilled chicken sandwiches as an alternate to the fried chicken sandwich.
Absolutely worst service, even after the relaunch of the renovation they still can't get it right! Mexicans barely speak English well enough, your order is always messed up!They are lazy they sit around playing with each other! The Mexican manager is no better she just covers for them and say they didn't know! They are ignorant constantly talking in there language among other races that work there, which is RUDE!The Mexican manager messes up your meal however, she makes sure her meals are correct when she takes a large bag home to her family. In her infamous read and black pants! It's by far the worst hands down especially for the location! Fries are always cold too and taste like they been just sitting!You ask for something to not be on your sandwich it's there anyway!The manager is just as foolish and careless as the staff! They should really be shut down they are that bad! All of them need to be replaced ! I won't be surprised when they get sued one day when biting into a sandwich and having an allergic reaction to something u didn't ask for! The receipt are barely even legible! Stay away!! They really deserve a ZERO
After our visit in Washington DC, we went to Mc Donald’s in 8483 Cordon Way White Marsh, MD. The manager and the cash register person we’re so amazing! They are very friendly and accommodated us so well. The food that we ordered are very fresh and we really enjoyed each one of them. Kuddos to these team. You have an amazing Manager.
Of the 100+ locations I have visited over the years, this is by far the worst. Nearly everyone has an attitude. Orders all around me were wrong. People begging for money in the parking lot. And the restrooms were filthy.
