Ordered online. Was supposed to be ready at 6:43. Twice was told my order was on its way out. AFTER being told it was being bagged up and on its way to me, I was then informed they had one fryer, no chicken, and it would be another 15 minutes. My order was not ready until 7:20 and then was missing an item. Manager was extremely rude, never once apologized, blamed her staff and the "rush" there were only 3 others waiting inside for food the entire 40 mins I was in the store. Drive thru was moving well, and when I first got there, I heard the manager tell them to take chicken from orders of people waiting inside to keep the drive thru running. NEVER AGAIN
This place has really gone down hill. The manager is horrible. I can't believe that the company tells the manager to give you what is old first even though it isn't what you asked for. I ordered a assorted bucket meal and got home and it's legs & thighs only . Next day go back to complain and she says that's what they tell her to do ...it's bad enough to pay higher prices but to be told this is just ridiculous. I will not be going back.
Chicken sandwich was great! Quick service, polite and friendly staff. Went on a Saturday at lunchtime.
Got an 8 piece with 2 side to go. Just got home and the gray was in a separate container which was not sealed all the way so more than half spilled out into the bag. Lucky it did not spill in my car or we would have had a problem. Double check that the side dishes containers are closed.
Food tastes fine, but service is lacking. Multiple times, we've been asked to park outside of the drive-through only to have to wait 20-30 minutes for our food.They used to have a great dark-meat deal that mathed out to about $1 per piece, but that was discontinued.
Love their KFC spicy chicken sandwich. Very moist very tender. There was one time when it wasn't very good. But mostly delicious most of the time. The drive-thru is very nice to deal with especially the sweet ladies that bring my sandwiches to me. I cannot speak to the dining room since I always go through the drive-in one Christmas ,not too long ago ,I even gave one of the drivie-up gals a $5 Christmas tip
This place should be closed or at least the employees trained. Terrible customer service; the girls there give you so much bad attitude as if you are friends with their ex or their enemies. I’ve been here quite a few times (including today) and none of it has been a good experience. I keep going back because my kids like the chicken and it’s the only one within miles. Excellent customer service is what keep a business going; People will return if they are treated well. Today’s order was a mess, so was last week’s and the week before that… KFC really needs to open another restaurant close by. Or train the ones that work here, or get rid of them completely because their terrible attitude might be impossible to change. If possible, I would like to get some money spent here back.And you, the manager, should start paying attention to feedback; seems A LOT of people are displeased with the services at this location. DO YOUR JOB!
I ordered a Chicken Pot Pie because I had never eaten one from KFC before. I made an order online. I got there a little earlier because sometimes restaurants make orders a little before the time of customer pickup.When I went to the counter to pickup my order, I was told that it wasn't ready yet. I was happy to know that my order would be ready closer to time than earlier. Since it was a pot pie, my order was going to be hot when scheduled for pickup and not sitting on a shelf.The staff was very friendly and made my visit very pleasant.The lobby and the kitchen were clean.The food was good, but the soda was flat.Other than the soda tasting terrible, I have no complaints.
Don't bother ordering from here if you actually want your food. Ordered from doordash, dasher arrived and waited over 15 minutes for order. Asked employees about order status and is ignored and received no answer. I tried calling the store but no answer. Doordash customer service also attempted to contact with no success. Waisted time. Order canceled. This store sucks.
Literally wouldn't have chciken ready f0r 30 minutes. At 6 pm. Then lied and said they had dsrk meat special. Charged full price
