Me and my family came here and the food was good but the service was subpar. The waiter barely gave us service we called her serval times and she ignored us then she has very rude to us. She got really mad when we didn’t tip (she was just too mean and made one of our kids cry so we just couldn’t tip) and threw stuff at us. We’ll never come here again.
Empty place but still had to wait in the waiting room to be seated. I don't understand that. Jam, the waitress, had to be asked for silverware, napkins. I had to get up from our table to find the waitress to order my food.This place does not provide anything for kids, no coloring or markers available. I asked for lemon in my water, the waitress never gave me one.
Food was good, and fresh. Waitress had to be asked for Hot syrup, Silverware, napkins. Maybe she was off her game that day. Was not a good look over all. She was polite, just somethings you should have to ask for.
I went there today with my fiancé and my son. When we got our food, I’d started to cut up my steak and shortly after I pulled blonde hair from it. I brought it to their attention and all I was offered was a refund. By the time they brought the replacement the plate my fiancé and kid was done. I sat there while they ate and they still tried to charge me full price.I will not be going back. Although they did give me a discount me I don’t not think they handled that well. We were still paying customers and I was inconvenienced due to their mistake.
Stopped in for breakfast. I had lemon and blueberry ricotta cheese crepes. My wife had the Tres de Leche. We loved both.
It was kinda late when we got there. It was pretty quiet. The server was sweet and nice.
Food was Delicious. But my eggs just was a little well done.and hash browns. It still was good. Thank God for something to eat. And the waitress very friendly. So sweet ❤
Our server was very nice and all the food came quick. Everyone enjoyed their meal but there were a few issues with serving, sides didn't come until we asked about them and one person in our family got three pancakes instead of 4. Besides that though it was a good time. Great for a casual Friday night dinner.
Its usally myself and 4 year old daughter who do IHOP dates together. We visit this IHOP frequently. I would have given 5 stars but this past time my server was pushy, rude and inattentive she messed my food up, never came back to ask us if everything was good after dropping to food off. She came back only to put the check on the table...If you get good service this place is definitely a nice spot to have a quick bite. We never really have to wait for a table.
Great experience. Our waiter was Trey, he was great, very friendly and attentive. My coffee cup was full and had plenty of creamer as requested. The food was good too I had pumpkin pancakes with sausage, scrambled eggs and hash browns, and the kiddo got a special seasonal pancake meal with blue sparkly icing. (She liked it)
