don't know if it was the server or the kitchen but our food took forever and then my salad was incorrect. I asked for no tomatoes they gave me tomatoes but no cheese. asked for cookies and creme ice cream took half hour for Ice cream to come out when I told our server to cancel the ice cream cause I had to be out forest hill by 230 and it was already 130 ,(we had already been there 1 1/2 hours for 2 kids meals a sandwich and salad) then the ice cream came out incorrect so I canceled my ice cream order. it was early in the afternoon no line at the window and only 6 tables of guest all small groups.
Always a good place to pull up and get some great ice cream. They have exceptional milkshakes and sweet treats. Always excellent customer service.
We have not been to a Friendly's in years. The food is just as good as we remembered and the ice cream is still delicious! Our server was great even though she thought she wasn't. She was very outgoing and personable. I highly recommend stopping in for a sweet treat!
I've always liked Friendly's. Their ice cream was yummy & a great treat after going to Conowingo to watch eagles. My honey & I each had huge servings of ice cream (mine with sherbet) & shared a Strawberry shake. That was cool & I'm attaching photos.The ice cream/sherbet & the cleanliness of the restaurant are why the shop gets a good rating. Unfortunately, I can't give them more than a 4.5 rating because their hostess had a bad attitude, and our waitress was rude. The waitress mellowed a little just before we left, but not enough to improve their rating with me. The hostess was a pill the whole visit.I recommend stopping here for their ice cream & sherbet, and may visit again to try something from their lunch menu. Their ice cream is delicious!!!
We celebrated our Granddaughter's 18th birthday at Friendly's. This is where she wanted to go.She loves Friendly's; it her favorite place to eat. She loves their milkshakes. It was Eleven of us at the Friendly's on Belair Road. We had an excellent waiter.
Food was served fast and the waitress was nice busy but nice.
Amazing Experience my child and I had celebrating Mother & Son Night!! Great Food, Great FRIENDLY service. The Restaurant was very inviting and welcoming with all the lovely Valentines Day Decorations!! Can’t wait for another awesome night at Friendly's
I had. my food delivered today! Entrees had no sides! This really makes me mad! Ice Cream was good as always but, $9.00 for hot dog is. crazy and side was not delivered ! This is getting worse but, the kids meal had no side delivered either! Food was expensive and was not correct! Doesn’t the cook make sure that the meals are correct! Makes no sense! This lack of sides for expensive food is making me mad!Sherry Ganoe
Ebony was a great server ! Food is always good. Love there soups.
Always a great atmosphere! Very cheerful and always set up for the holidays! They also offer special nights when characters come to visit the kids. Great food and great prices! And of course the ice cream is fantastic!
