Very busy, long line of cars in drive thru, but line move very fast. We received friendly, accurate service. Loved our coffee and bagels!
The hot coffee was fresh & hot & the turkey sausage with egg on a English muffin no cheese was perfect!
Extremely friendly and helpful. Has never gotten my order wrong, i have become a regular!
I was so excited when this location opened. It is the only one in the immediate area with a drive-thru. Unfortunately that excitement did not last because they are the WORST, and it's not worth the stress of going to this location. They never get your order right, they're rude, they take forever to fix your order, and they argue if their customers when they get the order wrong. Not only are they horrible in person, they're not even capable of getting mobile orders done in a timely fashion. I ordered the most basic items to give them the opportunity to get it right and somehow they seem to mess it up every time. I once waited 15 minutes to pick up my black coffee no cream no sugar no flavor and omelette bites, once I got there it hadn't even been made yet. I had to wait an additional 6 minutes to get it along with another woman who had also ordered ahead. Then the worker had the nerve to fuss with me about how she already made it. Don't waste your time going to this location and don't think that this was a fluke and next time we'll be better because it won't.
The worst- they charged me for an iced macchiato but what they gave me was just an iced coffee. Thanks for ripping me off! The girls working there are more worried about hanging out and talking instead of the customers waiting in the drive they line (which is always too long and moves too slow) This location should close
This location has a terrible drive thru. When the line is backed up (and it often is) cars have to wait in a busy street. They also, regularly get our order wrong even when using the app. I love Dunkin, but I will no longer go to this location.
My first issue was with the woman taking my order, oh she wasn’t rude but she wasn’t kind either if you know what I mean.Oh I finally get my donuts and pancakes and my donuts were so stale! Are they tasted like they had been sitting out for a few days that’s how hard it was. So I tried the pancakes next (the new mini ones) oh and they tasted like they were made on a dirty cooking surface. Like I could taste hints of other food.Oh this was my third time trying this Dunkin end it was just as disappointing as the first two times. I really don’t know what it is about this specific location but it’s the absolute worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to by far

However I've been really disappointed with this location's performance my orders have been wrong 3 time's in a row and it's really frustrating I don't like wasting my time or money... Great breakfast and good coffee or hot chocolate among other stuff. Fair prices and not over expensive like Starbucks and better breakfast food than starbucks.
Just got a coffee in the drive thru, but they were very quick & efficient! My coffee was ready before my card was charged! And their blueberry flavored coffee.... YUM!!!!
