Ordered at 5:31 was told 40 mins max waited for almost 2 hours called back was told they tryed to call me to tell me that I was to far away from them last time I looked I live 2 miles away and i have odered from them for the past 9 years so not only did I not get my food I was lied to and you have lost a customer thanks a lot I used to like ordering from you guys
I picked up our pizzas, which saves the cost and uncertainty of delivery, so our pizzas were fresh, hot, and delicious.
Ordered 1 pizza waited 40 minutes to call and they said they just started making my pizza and that I need to wait an additional hour after that 40 minutes. 1hour and 40 minutes is an absurd amount of time for 1 pizza to be made and delivered. Last time it took 30 minutes total. If this is the type of time expected it should be listed on the website. As well as an estimated delivery time. I would have figured a company this big would have the basics down….
Brownies were burnt, when we tried calling we were placed on hold for a long time. We tried ordering again today but the cashiers were rude and did not want to hear about my complaint even though I was ordering despite previous disappointments. I’m giving them one star instead of zero because of the one older delivery driver who delivered our food nicely.
The staff was very professional and courteous.The food wasn’t bad in regards to Dominos quality. The sandwich was very good and a stand-alone Vs the pizza and wings. The wings I honestly could’ve done without. Not that good, no crunch, just soft bland sauced. The pizza wasn’t bad. It tasted way better after reheating In oven. Really I think the crust needed to be crispier.
No one answers the phone, pizza sits in store for 1 hour before being delivered cold, terrible food and service. This place should be shut down.
They are too good. Even though they were quite busy on a saturday night, this sweet girl patiently took my large order and get it ready within minutes.
Please do not buy pizza from this location. The pizza I ordered tasted off and was a few days old. It was also very soggy and overall tasted disgusting. When I complained to the manager, they basically shrugged me off and said they'll talk to the employees. All in all, it was a horrible experience.
Nice little theater to take the kids and not go broke. The popcorn is tasty and the drinks come with free refills.
Great service and speed for our curbside order. Very efficient place. Through the window they appeared to be running like a well oiled machine. Online timing estimates were accurate to the minute! Food was good. We got 5 pasta bowls. Would have liked a slightly larger portion size but the price was right. Totally doing this again as regular fast food restaurants get old over time.
