I have been ordering pizza in this place for years and everything is very good, but today, May 29, I called around 6:30 pm and the woman on the phone left me on hold. I called 5 times and the same thing happened, so my husband came to order it at the same counter and She was answered by that same woman who hung up the phone on me, my husband asked for the promotion of buying 1 xl and got the second one for free, she asked for 2 in buffalo chicken and when they were delivered they were only 2 cheese and he told her no I want them two of buffalo chicken and the woman says ok you only asked for cheese my husband for not making a problem said ok give me another buffalo chicken and he charged you again I called and the woman dared to tell me that he asked for both only cheese when I was on the cell phone talking to him and I heard he told him give me that promotion both buffalo chicken I'm at home in poor health that's why I wasn't myself your employee is rude I cut off the phone and told me rudeness I called her again and told her pass me with the manager and cut me off again why did she do that??? because my husband is Hispanic? is she a racist? because it hangs me that way maybe she is deaf or has problems or is she new that she does not understand what they say my husband speaks English so the problem was not the language now what do I do with so many bland pizzas with only cheese lousy customer service I want him manager's number this will not stay like this!!!
Terrible place to order. Placed an order all the cooks did was laugh and talk for 15 minutes before even touching my order.
been a coustumer for 20 years service has gone down hill to the point I can no longer support this plac.. sad was a great place at one time
We Loved the food. Everything we tried was good, and then something changed.The fateful day they sent a very dirty employee to deliver our food.The thought of this dirty, shirt full of food stains, hands and fingernails filthy delivery man having anything to do with my food made me sick.Couldn't eat the food and will never go back.The food did taste good, but dirty is dirty.
Customer service is horrible. Ordered curbside delivery. Was told she too busy to deliver. Told her I was handicapped, she laughed.
Dominick's Perry Hall has great food. The pizza is amazing and I believe my Family has swapped who they initially felt was our favorite pizza place. The food is always hot & delicious. The pizza dough is so soft & fresh, literally it tastes like soft "donuts" dough. And the sauce is really good too. The mild Buffalo wings were more "pepper-y" than Buffalo flavor & they could've been fried more well done but I'll have to specify that the next time. Try them out, you won't be disappointed!
Dominick's is my favorite pizza. The pizza is larger than some of the other local pizza places.. The large is actually a large and not a medium. The ingredients taste fresh and the delivery time is good. I love their food!

Ordered some food tonight from Dominick's. I've never ordered from them before. I also didn't realize at the time that I was ordering my food about 15 minutes before they closed, which I probably wouldn't have done if I'd known. But the food was awesome! I will definitely be doing more orders with Dominick's in the future!
