The 8 piece nugget I was given yesterday, after waiting in the drive thru for 30mins, was the most disgusting nuggets I've ever seen. They were DARK DARK BROWN, looked about 8 hours old, hard as a rock, and we're fried over at least 4x. I wish I had taken a picture. But instead, I drove back up there, went inside, waited in line, and showed the cashier what I was given, and asked for a fresh 8 piece. The amount of disrespect and attitude coming off this girl was palpable. The entire exchange took about 15mins, as my 4 year old and I just stood there waiting...the cashier never uttered one word to me, neither did any other staff member or Manager, while we just waited and waited...The cashier reappeared, handed me a bag without eye contact or any words spoken and walked away. Honestly, I was in shock by the amount of attitude, disrespect, and blatant lack of customer service. So yes, as I was leaving I said 'No have a good day? No apology for the inconvenience or the disgusting food: just nothing, huh?' The cashier was slumped on her elbow on the front counter, and didn't even look at me or say a word...at least she's consistent...THEN the Manager 'Angelina' finally thought this was an excellent time to chime in. Too little too late there Angelina! I have been going to this location since it opened, and couldn't believe all the negative reviews its been getting these past few months...I don't know what's different because this location has always had stellar service. I'll travel out to another location for any future Chick-fil-A visits.
This is easily the worst chick fila in Maryland. This is the second time I’ve placed to go orders and twice has my order been completely wrong. The owner is cutting corners or something. I’m happy that he employs kids from the high school across the street but they are running his business into the ground . 7 dollar salad but not even one sauce when I paid for 2. Paid for a brownie , got home and no brownie in the bag. Yeah they customer should check but I’ve never had to check my chick fila order in 20 years. McDonald’s at least gives me everything I paid for. Stop making tik toks in drive through and at the front of the store and start getting your customers orders correct. It’s an embarrassment . I’d rather just got to Nottingham square . Not to mention they never have any sauces in stock. The mall one at least has full stock daily . I won’t patronize this one ever again. Absolutely pathetic
This morning I can to the drive-through , they give me the wrong sandwich, I asked to the give me the right sandwich .The girl in the window told me the Sandwich they give me was 0.10 cents cheaper! Excuse I didn’t ask for a price, now she changed the sandwich and give give me the wrong ice coffee and the sandwich was cold . A this point I park my car went inside got a fresh sandwich and still the wrong Ice coffee! I don’t appreciate the rudeness I was threatened with this morning at your location, I’m spending my money please train your staff.
They need curbside. Hate the long Line to drive through and it's to small. Needs to relocate to a bigger area. I honestly don't like going here but I have no choice. Food is still good, side salads are skimpy so I don't order them from here.
Asked a employee if I could substitute a item, and pay the additional fee for the item. As I have been told by Mgmt I can do.She refused to assist me with this unfortunately, (or even ask her mgr.) Worst Chick Fila. Generally have to wait more than 30 mins just to get one damn sandwich. Never setting foot in this store again.
Used to be best place but last 3 times I’ve been there and order old dry fries on the bottom and put a few fresh fries on top also when I get chicken tenders they are half the size of what they where 2 months ago
Favorite place to enjoy a quick healthy meal with the family! Only downside is you always have to be on your guard as the staff turnover is unusually high and you will 9/10 times be either missing several of your food items or you get waffle fries that are often overcooked and uneditable. It usually helps when the oil is changed more frequently.

Placed a mobile order. Took 45 minutes and me saying something before they even acknowledged I was standing there waiting. They weren’t busy considering 5 of them were just standing around talking. Once I finally got my order and got home I realized they forgot a medium fry, they completely messed up my wife’s salad and everything was cold.
