The food was great- especially the chicken! My server was a lovely young lady (Jocelyn? It started with J). So polite, efficient and pleasant. Who said that there are no more good kids out there? Burgerfi had plenty working today!
I had a really good experience at Burgerfi White Marsh recently. I was there before lunch time and the crew working was terrific! Malikai, Cameron, Jasmyn and a young man in the kitchen worked hard and so well together. What a team.
Malachi He is hands down one of your best employees! He greeted Ever one with a smile! And made sure are food was the way we like it! I would come back and order more food just to see him! He is awesome! And made my afternoon wonderful! Thank you for having such a wonderful employee!
Pricey for burgers that basically taste like Wendy’s, certainly not even better than Five Guys. Almost all the soda was out. Most of the dessert options were out too, including our first two choices. The fries were good though.
The burger was just ok but it was priced pretty fairly. The fries were good. Service was great though
What a waste of money, would of been better going to fast food. Burger was dry and overcooked, the point of using better quality beef (supposedly Waygu and Brisket blend) is to taste the fat. I honestly believe they just upcharge for the same patty, I couldn't tell the difference between mine or my wifes burger.Thought this place was suspect when they didn't ask how you would like your burger cooked. The soda machine was also just dispensing the syrups for all of the drinks in the machine so it was just a flat syrup. Really needed a drink to wash that dry burger down.French fries were cut odd as well, big fat steak fries and shoestring? Trash on the floor in the eating area, but then again they were probably short staffed. THERE IS NO LABOR SHORTAGE; I SELL MY LABOR TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER. They probably start off at 13$-15$ thinking thats awesome, thats not a living wage for a single person for a 1br apartment anywhere in America.Just another large greedy company that expanded too fast to maintain proper quality control. The bathroom was a joke too. 1 urinal and 1 toilet in the same room, so if there is a person in there on the toilet the door is locked effectively making that 1 person at a time. Too cheap for a simple stall??To the person that copies and pastes the bland "thank you for the review responses please contact our customer.care" if you don't put the word Banana in there I won't contact your customer care. Act like they care about negative reviews but want you to go the step furthur and contact them after you already done left a review.
Awesome huge onion rings. Burgers are great quality and super tasty
Menu prices have not been updated. Prices are high for the portion and quality of food. I will never go again
What an underwhelming experience! I had heard the BurgerFi serves a good burger, and having never been, I thought we'd give it a try. What we got was an overpriced, over-cooked dry meat patty topped with way-too-much thousand island dressing. The fries, though abundant, were limp and greasy. Next time we pass this way we will keep on going.
Found the burgers to be nothing special, their sauce ( if any ) was underwhelming. Their prices for the taste is overpriced. A top, the service definitely needs to be refined.
