Ordered a whopper junior add cheese no mayo and onion rings instead of fries. Unfortunately I got sick because there was mayonnaise on a sandwich that I said no mayonnaise for. The guy tried to bring the food to the car with French fries. He had an attitude when we sent him in for the onion rings. The manager was rude along with the workers.

I don't understand why the hours of operation posted on the door say the dining room opens at 6am, and the internet states the drive thru opens at 6am, and when you call this location, the answering machine says they open at 6am...but yet, it's now 6:10am & I'm sitting on the parking lot at same location and they are not open. What a waste of expensive gas & my precious time. Please update your information so others don't waste their expensive gas & their precious time coming here!!

Avoid this place at all cost. The staff including the manager are rude and treat you like anything but the bare minimum to perform their jobs is asking too much. My fiasco begins with my order. They didn’t have 1/2 the drinks on the menu available and not one person in the car got what they wanted to drink. Then the order came out missing sandwiches. When brought to their attention they scoffed at us and sent us to park for 10 min only to get a fully loaded croissant with no egg. We walked back into the place to just return the whole meal and the manager tells the staff. “ I told you to put no egg on the order, you know the machine wasn’t turned on this morning.” Meanwhile the amount of dirty looks I received from the manager has me concerned. No wonder the staff behaves this way to the public. So she goes to refund me the money and is now arguing with me whether or not I used a debt card or paid in cash. So after verifying I did pay in cash she gives me my cash in nickels and $1 dollar bills. Seriously? I didn’t pay in dollar bills. I’ve never been this offended and this whole staff needs a new look on customer service.

The food was cold as if it was thawed out and just thrown in the bag. I threw it away the moment my husband brought that blunder of an order home to me. I was better off eating an RME or peanut butter crackers for a meal. Never again with this location! ???

If you're going to close early at 8:30 every night. Please post signs or turn your lights off. You had a line in your drive thru tonight with 5+ vehicles not knowing you close this burger king hours early all the time. Please seek new management or close this location down. Everyone avoids it with the poor service you get when going here. Save your time and go somewhere else.

If I could give 0 I would my family and I came for Dave and Buster for a treat for the kids and they wanted Burger King we went through the drive thru after waiting for mins and other cars getting their food so we was like maybe the speaker don’t work so we went up to the window and the girl came and we asked what’s they serving food she said NO even though they suppose to be still open anyway we waiting to see if the car that was behind us would order and they did. This is so unprofessional and a waste of time. I would never spend my money here anymore

How many one star reviews need to be left before the owners do something about this location??? LOOOONG waits every time, my food is soggy like it was dropped in water, they close early CONSTANTLY and the employees run around in the drive through trying to get hit by the customers cars, laughing. This place is a mess.....if nothing changes, they will be out of business soon....

My last two trips to BK have been less than stellar. Two weeks ago, I wanted the Italian Chicken Sandwich on the 2 For $6 menu. I placed my order at the drive-thru menu; the menu board showed the price as $6.30 (tax, you know) and then when I get to the drive-thru window to pay, in told the Italian Original Chicken is no longer offered 2 for $6. That was an awfully fast change! I was 30 seconds from my order to payment. Now, it rang up on the register and on the screen that way. BK should have sold me the sandwiches at the agreed upon price. Even the window clings we're still showing the 2 for $6 deal! Pretty poor customer service on BK's part.My second trip was on New Year's Day. I just wanted a simple cheeseburger. The drive-thru crew made me feel as though I was a burden on them for ordering food from them. I know it's New Year's Day; I know that most people have the day off. But, the store is open. How hard is it to be pleasant? Apparently harder than I thought.I know this will fall on deaf ears. For anyone reading this that isn't a BK employee/manager/executive, you have other choices for fast food. Try them before you try BK.

If I could do 0 stars, I would. I just left there and was in the drive thru for 30 minutes. We even had to wait when we got to the window..... the food was cold. So not sure what the wait was for but you could see they were too worried about standing around talking.

Skip this place. You're going to have to wait for your food, have the person working the earpiece telling you the deals FLASHING on the screen says otherwise. Order is generally wrong, and IF you decide to ask them to replace your order expect attitude.
