I have an issue every single time I come here and I always give them another chance. This time I waited over an hour for a carry out order because of short staffing, understandable. So why was my food COLD? And half of it wrong? I had to ask for things I paid extra for and couldn’t eat one meal because they didn’t leave off tomatoes that I have an allergy too. Last time I called about an issue and was told I’d get an account credit, I never did. So I’ll be reaching out to corporate this time. Absolutely ridiculous!

My quesadilla had just a smear of chicken, super thin, drinks didn’t arrive until the food arrived, server went missing for a while so we got up to pay and realized she was eating. It’s understandable servers eat too but we had asked for boxes long before that and she should have checked up on us by then. And my daughter just ate her Mac n cheese with no fork since utensils were not given. Not a good experience and not even a sorry for the wait when they handed us drinks at the time food arrived.
Worst dining experience I've had in a long time. Our waiter was Marlon. Let me note before all of this that they were not very crowded at all. When we were first seated it took 5 minutes for our waiter to come to our table to get our drinks. When he came back to get our food orders he wrote everything down on a pad, including what I had ordered (a Buffalo chicken wrap). The first thing to come out was my mom's everything nachos, then my friends Buffalo chicken sandwich and brothers mozzarella sticks. I never got my food. 25 minutes goes by and my food is still not here. We've been offered no refills, not asked if the food is okay, nothing. My friend goes to Marlon and asks where my food is, he says that it's about to come out, another 10 minutes goes by and here comes my food. Marlon seemed to have attitude with us. Taking a bite into my wrap, and the tortilla and chicken was hard. Probably the easiest thing to make, throw together some lettuce and chicken and they messed it up...We had to ask for refills. Also, the bathrooms were disgusting. The toilet of the stall I went into was broken, there was toilet paper clearly used on the floor. Just gross. And, the restaurant had opened fairly recently, so there was no reason for the bathroom to look like that. Will never return to this location again. I try to give the benefit of the doubt and put myself in others shoes, but this was just crazy.
If you don't mind the servers taking their time to seat and then, serve you, this is the spot for you. Me and my family went here after a fun time at D&B. It was maybe 1 group in the restaurant that was seated. It still took the hostess close to 20 mins to seat us. It was only a party of 4. Once we were seated, the service was cool. We got our food after a lil while, and it was good. The rest of the experience was smooth. It was just a little weird for a national brand restaurant to be so short staffed and slow, especially on a Saturday afternoon. But, I'll just chalk it up to a less than stellar day. The FOOD was on the money.?
Worst experience ever I have on this location on Saturday 26 around 10:15 pm I was with a group of 10 a soon we walk in the server said we have to wait for 40 mnts and only 2 table was with customer then i request to split the tables, them she said will be 20 mnts waiting but the people who go to the bar they go sitting them without waiting I ask her why the ppl who go to the bar doesn’t need to wait and she respond me if I will like to seat on the bar and i was with 8 children ages between 4 and 13 that was ridiculos there was a section complete close and a lot empty dirty table server and manager was more focus on people sitting on the bar section after 25 mnts finally we get sit , we have to wait more than 10 mnts to get our order for the drinks after that we order the food took more than 20 mnts to get served the food was cool i will not come back for this location they more focus for ppl seating on the bar that the regular customer, waitress was ok but they take too long to take order and serve you the food
Twice I have been to this spot, and twice the wait time is ridiculous.1) Arrived an hour before closing time. Told there was an hour wait, with about 10% capacity. Promptly left.2) Arrived at 7:45pm, three of us were seated at 8:00 (less than 25% capacity), waited to order until 8:30, and received cold food at 9:30...missing a dish. Two families next to us were seated, had their dinner, and left...all during the time we had already ordered. The waitress was not very attentive, only came when they needed, never checking in on any of the families.I see other reviews complaining about the same with regards to their timing. If you're looking to grab food in the area, there are a ton of other restaurants. This one needs to figure their issues out in the meantime.
Super disaster for the Super Bowl. Placed our order before noon for 6pm pickup and didn't get our food until 6:40pm. Then we open the food when we get home and have about 10 fries each and the wings were not even sauced. They just gave us side sauce. Understanding how busy the Super Bowl is for them, it's still pathetic and embarrassing to not have a better system in place and to think serving that and charging for it is ok. Consistently late food, but this was too much.
so every time me n my brother order from there they mess up the order, and when we try and tell them they don’t pick up the phone. very much poor customer service and food service, the bel air bww is very much better in all aspects. Also I hear your understaffed but this is pure disrespect .. if this is what u want to continue doing, shut down until your prepared to serve at your fullest potential. We still go there all the time even though are order isn’t correct.But I Don’t think I’ll ever order from here for awhile, pretty disappointed.2/3/22Sad I have to come back an write another review, as we now called this place they still don't pick up, and also are telling us bs. at this point this poor service is out of hand. like if u guys don't like your jobs just say that. I don't mean to be harsh at all but we are loyal customers n the customer service from y'all is disgraceful. the understaffed is no exception for messing up people's orders, for that u should be getting it right. Please do better.update.. never recommending this place to anyone who every lives in this area I apologize but Owings mills and Bel air buffalo wild wings are better places. YALL SERIOUSLY ARE A DISGRACE.
Please read if you’re considering eating here:This place is a dump man. I remember when BWW was the place to eat. Now it’s ran by crack heads. 60 mins for 15 wings is insane. They weren’t busy either. I can’t believe how far this place has fallen. If you’re thinking BWW, think somewhere else. You can get laxatives cheaper elsewhere.Edit: wings are cold. 1 hour wait time. Frys are hard as a rock. F*** this place. NEVER coming back.
