This location was disappointing. Customer service was subpar it was a party of 6 and after everyone was seated it was a delay before we were offered drinks. I was celebrating my birthday with family friends and it wasn't a great experience. I ordered biscuits and jelly to have before the food came and it was brought out with the food. I have never had these kinds of issues before at this franchise. As an older man I chose this place due to the service I was used to. Hopefully no one else will receive what we got.
Very pleasantly surprised! Service was fast and friendly. The food was really good! I had the double meat protein bowl and it was tasty and plentiful. Good coffee too.
We have been standing at the “please wait to be seated” sign for about 10 minutes. No one even acknowledged us for the first 5 minutes we were standing here. Finally a server came over and said someone will be over. Meanwhile, the host was cashing people out and all the other servers were glancing at us from behind the counter. The hostess started running around trying to get the servers tables clean once she got away from the register and no one was helping her. We’re still waiting and it’s now been 15 minutes. Everybody who works here is moving extra slow and looks worn out, is it poor management? The staff is acting like they want us to leave. They haven’t told us if there is a wait either.Don’t know about the food or table service yet, but maybe eventually someone will seat us. …going on 20min.Two more parties just walked in and the hostess shouted from behind the counter that there is now a wait…Finally, 30min later, and some more angry people waiting behind us…we are seated. Maybe they just need to work on their communication skills.Update: our server was actually super nice and attentive until she stopped showing up. Us and another table were without service for awhile before we asked another server for checks.
Had breakfast here. Scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, hash browns, and rye bread toast. All was hot and tasted good. Coffee was refilled many times. Service was very efficient and pleasant.

Sausage was cool the potatoes small portion The sandwich was open faced. Food was fair at best. The waitress was exceptional and very attentive. We will not be back sorry.
Went there Saturday morning January 29 ,snowy cold day .food was fine but service was really slow, maybe staff was short because of weather but it took more than half an hour to get our food after ordering. Staff very friendly so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Never had a problem ever before.
My Friend and I have been coming to this Bob Evans for a few years, and this is the first time we have ever been disappointed in anything, until today. We are both Seniors and both have a handicap, so we always ask for a booth as it's easier for us to slide in and out of. The young lady at the front asked if we were ok with a small booth, we said yes (we did not know just how small the booth was) but when she seated us I asked if the 4-5 empty large booths were available and she mumbled something about Servers so we squeezed into the small booth. Not 10-minutes after that, only one man was seated in one of the empty large booths, and then a couple was also seated in one of the empty large booths! Next time we'll insist on waiting for a large booth. At least our Server, Sara, was exceptional; she was very friendly and attentive, and gets a 10-star rating!
My meal came with a choice of bread. I forgot to order it and the waitress failed to ask me what kind I wanted. Otherwise everything was good. I had the steak and shrimp.
Loved the iced coffee , breakfast was good and waitstaff was great
