I am waiting on the drive thru line right now. Service is extremely slow. Last time this happened, several of us left the line. The person taking the order put me on hold and forgot about me. I had to get his attention. Then when I got to the window, they didn't have my order ready. I just saw people standing around doing nothing. It looks like only one person is really working. Very sad that the service is horrible here. I don't think I'll be back at this location. I only gave 2 stars because of the food.

This was bad...i ordered at the drive thru a speciality turkey bacon ranch with a large coke and a turkey slider...what i got was 3 sliders...2 spicy buffalo sliders and a beef...the only thing right was the coke...i dont want to waste more time and gas to go back...they need to get their staff working in sync especially after spending 12 bucks for the wrong order...ive given good review in the past about good prices but this service was really bad...i tried your link and it hung up and failed to allow me to finish...tried again and it wont allow me to retry...

Horrible experience. Restaurant is short staffed, and lied when I asked if everything was in the bags as they handed them to me. Had to go back in the drive thru and wait behind three cars only to be told sorry we lied about not giving you the mac n cheese you ordered online. Please call customer service for a refund of that item. Food was COLD when I got home. Avoid this joint at all costs!!!

Lazy and can’t even get an Uber Eats order correct. Come on guys - all of us have worked fast food it’s NOT hard.

I went through drive-thru and ordered the two for six fish sandwiches with no lettuce one spicy one regular one came with lettuce the other did not I also ordered a large curly fry with horsey sauce and gave a $5 tip and when I got home it I had one sandwich with lettuce and no horsey sauce whatsoever. Not asking a lot but come on especially when I'm showing appreciation to the everyday worker during these times.

It doesn't appear they keep the milk shake equipment maintained? It's hard to believe the person who made my chocolate mint milk shake was just green milk that had so much air in it wouldn't even go thru a straw.

It is me. I'm the one keeping Arby's open. ?I never have a problem here. The customer service is always pleasant. Whoever is in the drive-thru...we usually always exchange a giggle or two.

I've never had a bad item from here. Everything is good and the workers are nice

Very under staff waited a bit for my to go. Only 3 employee and a manager. The person who rung my food in also was cleaning the dining room

We love the fish sandwiches, but the other night had to wait around 5 minutes for our order at drive through for fish sandwiches and chicken nuggets. Tonight we went through drive through again and there were several employees in the back of the building and a strong smell of marijuana. Both times when pulling up to the drive through window the employees were carrying on and laughing and apparently not doing their job. Maybe too high to properly do their job.
