Place wasnt too busy, it was on a Monday afternoon. I enjoyed the food I ordered cheeseburger with onion rings. The cheeseburger tasted good, fries tasted excellent as it wasnt too salty nor oily and you can still taste the potatoes.My family ordered chicken tenders for main.For appetizers it was boneless spicy wings and onion rings. I loved the wings, wasnt too spicy just the right amount and paired up well with rhe vegetables, the onion rings on the other hand tasted too salty and didnt leave a good taste in my mouth.The men's bathroom is clean too so thats a plus.The servers/waitresses are extremely hospitable and very nice as well

Our group of 9 was turned away at the door by the manager. She insisted that because we were a large group that we had to eat at separate sides of the restaurant because she has only 2 waiters. She did not want to accommodate at all. I asked her if we even set a little closer at two different tables with 2 different waitresses. She continued to decline that request. This manager clearly doesn’t care about her staff who haven’t made any money from a slow day and could have made a pretty penny off of a 9 party table. & even when I asked her how she was taking away from her staff she knew what I was saying was right by the look on her face. It’s sad. But she was stuck on not seating us with out being separated. At what point does it stop being about your staff shortage and it really being about you having your way. It doesn’t make sense if we are on opposite sides of the restaurant it’s the same amount of people. Also keep in mind, the restaurant was 95 percent empty with 2 tables seated. Wont come here again.

Went with my sister and nieces. Super clean, fresh delicious food. Awesome staff. I would definitely go again

Horrible. Just horrible. Lighting was poor so I trouble reading the menu. They sat us next to people that talked so loud that we couldn’t even hold a conversation (the entire restaurant was empty). And let’s not talk about the food! The pictures show why I’m unhappy about that. Their food is only subpar. And they have cut back portion sizes and increased prices, at least at this location. Oh, and the manager had the audacity to roll her eyes at me when I told her I wanted the correct chicken portion. My food was returned and they lost a customer.

Overall we had a great time,, we were a party or 4 and we got the mix and match 2 entree's & an appetizers, (which is a good deal in our situation) however when our food came out, it didn't take long to see why they run the special,, let's just say it's not like I remember it being, my Mother compared it to a children's meal?& honestly I somewhat agree.. we loved the food though! &In the end surpringly we had leftovers to take home ;) our waitress was pretty awesome!? (I cannot think of her name off hand but I will be sure to come back to this message when I figure it out& post/add it to my comment/review so that she can get the recognition that she deserves!) Things seemed to be a bit chaotic, as to be expected when we went on a weekend but she handled herself wonderfully?, she even took on responsibilities of other employees that did not appear to be doing their job at hand, but it didn't slow her down what so ever! ??She was relatable, yet respectful, polite, yet down to earth, she was welcoming when so many servers are there just for the money (and it shows), she really went the extra mile to make sure all her tables were happy!Aside from that and the quantity of food being smaller than usual, my Mom received her steak ? (in which was supposed to be Medium?) basically raw!! I prefer my steak a bit on the Rare side myself and even I wasn't able to stomach the raw meat that they had sent to our table.Of course our amazing waitress was on top of her game and took my mom's steak back to the kitchen to be thrown back on the grill and cooked to her liking,, so we thought! ??‍♀️ Not even 5 minutes went by and the steak ? was already replated and back on our table for my mom to inspect, THIS HAPPENED A TOTAL OF 3 TIMES??!! Everytime they brought her steak back, the meat looked like it had never even touched the grill!! ??‍♀️ The cook was in such a rush that I think he may have been microwaving her plate when we specifically told them it was super undercooked& so raw that the middle was mushy and Moo'ing! Nevertheless on the 3rd attempt the Manager, Cook& Waitress finally decided to remove the steak from our check and let her take home the raw one to cook up herself at home ?? I was a bit mind blown about the resolve but at least she still eventually got her ? Steak! Lol we do not blame the Waitress whatsoever and would love to praise her for how she handle the chaotic situation (so I'll definitely be back with her name asap so everyone can show her the love she deserves!?We did in fact like all of our other meals, and had a great time! Thanks for your service! We will be back! &Yes I do recommend!?

Went two times different days different times both times the drinks and food took forever to get to us. I thought it was maybe the waitresses but it’s the whole place the kitchen just doesn’t care or the waitress isn’t putting it in. The food was bland and there was nothing but excuses made for why drinks and food took forever… do not come here until the restaurant starts supporting the FOH and BOH

I sat at the bar...its was disgusting...he wiped it with sanitizing wipes but I feel like it should've gotten a hot towel with soap/or some special cleaning agent first. Late night happy hour, after 9p, is always on point with drinks and half off appetizers.

Perfect time to avoid the crowd and still get great service and food. 4:30pm just after work all the waiters and waitress are fresh and bubbly. Definitely a must plus tip makes the evening go so much betterThanks to my waitressDonyella

I used to always order from this location with no problems through doordash. Tonight, I ordered a chicken salad wrap and there was no chicken in the wrap, ok no problem. People make mistakes. Called up there they said they would remake it. Got to the door, and the person that opened the door to take the orders is the same person in the kitchen wrapping the wrap. No gloves on, she didn’t even wash her hands. Then the manager came into the kitchen and touched the chicken wrap to inspect it with NO gloves on. That’s highly unhygienic especially in this era of COVID! Let the chef be the chef! He should be the only one touching the food, WITH gloves on. Not the people opening the front door to Applebees. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from or eating at this location anymore.

Great service. Glad to see that some restaurants still have staff that understand providing good customer care even when times are difficult. I've definitely experienced poor customer service in other restaurants but we were treated like we mattered at the White Marsh Applebee's. Thank you.
