No one greeted me when i came in..I stood there for quite a while before a young man came to the front register.The Garlic Pamesan wings i ordered were not even warm.The Barbeque wings were covered in way too much sauce.The container that holds the ketchup looked dirty and contaminated.The whole place seemed unsanitary and unappetizing.When i got home and tried the food but ended up throwing it in the trash where it belonged.

Ordered through the app about 40 minutes prior to arriving, and the lady at the front said it would be right with me, so I sit down and wait. As I’m waiting, I see something in my side view. It was a mouse literally in the corner near to where i was sitting. Food wasn’t even ready yet, so I waited in my car. It took my food an additional 20 minutes to be ready and the wings :(

This is the worst Wingstop they have been awful since they open. We tried them for the last time past Friday I always ask for my chicken well done and flats my husband waited over an hour in the store to get home and this isn’t the first time but it will be my last time we had mostly dummies which I ask for and paid extra for 40 flats and the chicken was not well done they had no celery and carrots fries soggy and cold and to top that No ranch which we like to eat with our chicken. I called the store the same gentleman that took my order remembered me and Apologize and ask if we wanted our money back or they can make more at this time it was 9:30p he also said it’ll be another hour wait I said no so he put the manager on the phone she told me in order to get my money back we had to bring the food back so I said what you going do reuse it she said she needs it for inventory which doesn’t make since I said it’s your fault my family meal is Screwed up I should not have to drive back over there she never tried to accommodate me for their mistake at least the previous times this happened other managers were more caring but the manager that was there Friday May 13 in the evening was Rude.I wish I could give the No star.

DISGUSTING. NO Hygiene except the girl in front who was gloved and masked. The older gent who seemed in charge masked was pulled down. I saw him wipe his mouth with open hand then grab a bowl and mixed sauce on wings. Then he lifted a drain cover off floor, reached for a pipe on the floor lost grip twice then connected pipe to drain fryer across the walkway. His hands were covered with dirty fryer grease and dirt. Then he without washing or wiping hands grabbed a sauce mixing bowl, drop it on floor, picked it up added wings and tossed them poured them into a serving container. Never wiping or washing hands, bowl nothing. Grabbed another order ticket and continued on. The dining/drink serving area was wet and dirty. Since the other 2 employees witnessed this it must be common practice so wasn't worth my time to correct or berate them much less asked for my money back. I can't tell ya how the wings were cuz I tossed them.

They’ll tell you that they’re “bagging it up now” just for you to wait an additional 11 minutes. There’s nothing worse than an exaggerated time estimate. Respect our time and just let us know exactly when it may be done. Don’t lie and say you’re “bagging it up now”, especially when you have an open kitchen.

Please don’t waste your time ordering online, in person, or even DoorDash because you will not be satisfied. You will either receive:1. Wings/tenders not sauced properly2. Old wings/tenders3. The wrong sauce4. And all of it will be coldAs a manager at a Wingstop out of state, my advice to everyone is to not order over the phone, order at the store instead and ask for all of it to be made fresh and watch them make your food. Also PLEASE CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! make sure everything is right. Save yourself time and gas.

Wingstop order placed by phone and paid when we went to pick up they have no record of the order. Number of customers waiting for a long time. Now not answering the phoneDo not pay for order in advance

Hope you enjoy having your food giving away and having nothing done about it. Ordered through the app thinking it was a delivery through them and not Door Dash, $25 worth of food gone with no explanation until I called to find out why my order was cancelled. Done with this location

The wings here are tasty, it's very flavorful. But the waiting time is way too long. Order at least 20 to 25 minutes.

I ordered wings extra well but they were undercooked. I’m very disappointed. I even said I wasn’t in a hurry as they were very busy. I waited about 45 minutes and they were pink inside. Very disappointed!
