I placed an online order at 5:30pm. Waited in a long line in the drive thru (which I understood). Gave my name to the speaker with four cars infront of me. When it was my turn to the window it was 5:48pm. I was handed my drinks (which included frostys) and ask to pull up. At 6:13 pm I still didn't have my food. I call the restaurant and was hung up on. Then all the sudden my food is at my car. The food was cold at this point and my frostys were melting. They had my food sitting in there and forgot to give it to me. When I got home I was missing my sugar cookie and a fry. I honestly don't know why I bother with this wendys.
They handed me my order with a kids meal sack that only contained the coloring book and not the food. I called several times but the number of times I called, nobody answered and I ended up driving back over while still calling. When I walked in, the staff behind the counter were back there joking around and laughing, ignoring me even after I said Hello a few times. I wasn’t acknowledged until the manager walked back into the store, from what I could assume was walking a meal order out. He did correct the issue with the kids meal for one of kids. I just wanted what I paid for.
My order was good. It was filled correctly, it WOW. Fix the drive through microphone. It was terrible. You can easily access this location from Rt 1 at the light. Plenty of parking also to pull away and enjoy your mean in peace, away from the traffic in the lot.
This place is visibly dirty and are always out of common items. Guy working the window was very rude when I was trying to figure out which sodas were instock since the one I wanted was out of stock. This location is trash.
Bad service. Slow service. Out of half the drinks, no ketchup, no sauces. Not the first time I've had bad service here.
This is the worst Wendy’s ever!!! The sandwich is hard as a rock. This feels disrespectful. If it wasent to far I would go there but I do have a video of me hitting the sandwich on a plate and you can literally hear how hard it is. At this point close the whole building down.
In line at 10:30 to order lunch. Made me go around again because they weren’t ready to serve lunch. Waited till about 10:40 guy changes menu signs. I go to order lunch still not ready, and the sign falls off the display. I just leave. Not a good sign or feeling.
The workers are nice but very obviously short staffed and overworked. The woman at the cash register today (around 1:15pm if a manager is looking) was handling a very busy lunch rush fantastically. The line just kept going every time people would be done more would come in but she stayed calm and nice and didn't let the potential stress get to her. I've worked similar jobs and I know how hard rushes like that can be especially when understaffed so I wanted to make sure management knows they've got a real keeper!
Always a poor experience at this one. I used to live nearby, but in the intervening two years since I've been, nothing has seemingly improved. This time, we placed an online order on the app, and since I've had multiple bad experiences with Wendy's drive thru talking forever, especially here, I chose to pick it up inside. I arrive to find that all of the doors are locked, in the middle of the day, with no signs on any doors indicating that the lobby would be closed, or why or for how long. I then say in a too-long drive thru line for subpar food. Way to go Wendy's.
Very good, Chicken Sandwich be looking bussin' , The cashier Precious was so nice to me, She was so patient with me, so if you don't like Wendy's stop hating, no one is forcing you to eat there.
