Got here around 3pm. Shae was wonderful. Attentive without being pushy. Her relief...no idea as to what her name is, since she didn't even once greet or acknowledge our presence...was TERRIBLE. Must not want to make any money...otherwise, she would have made some...had she ONCE bothered to acknowledge us on her 15 trips back and forth through the bar.

The Worst place to to go eat! if I could give it 0 stars I would! I got off work tried to take my wife to eat and the food was cold, the waitresses were rude and I was charged a tip and I didn’t want to give tip with my card instead I left a cash tip that i shouldn't have left worst place to go to ! Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this Fridays .

Omg, can you say PARTY STARTER! I had the pleasure of parting with Tei and watch her work the room like no other. She had people who wouldn’t normally dance, up on their feet with their hands in the air. She’s magical, turning a “wall flower” into the “life of the party”❤️ Thank you again for this amazing experience. Stay bless and I pray you stay busy!

Food is good, but you better be ready to be here a couple of hours. We came at lunch time on a Saturday. There were only 3 other tables being served and this continued through our meal. I took 45min to get appetizers and over an hour to get our meals. There was really no apparent reason for being so absurdly slow.

My wife had never been to a TGIF so we stopped for lunch. I had the full rack of ribs, delicious! Even though I didn’t care for the mash potatoes that came with them. The mash potatoes were not made from fresh potatoes. It seemed like they had just made them from a box. I also had the macaroni and cheese. Also looked and tasted from a box.My wife had the salmon which was a very small portion. It was good but very small. That’s her favorite and her go to meal so we know that was a small portion. My nice has the Cajun shrimp pasta . She loved it and her meal was pretty hefty. One thing that I didn’t like was that we got plastic utensils in a bag like the kind you get from a food truck. Not that I don’t like food truck. But our meal with drinks came down to $89 in a nice restaurant. Wish they would give us real silverware. The service was ok. Our server was covering a very large area and she was trying to be attentive but she had the bar and 3 tables. So, our entree was good but when you ad on all the little bad things on a good franchise restaurant the rating drops to ⭐️⭐️⭐️s.

Every time I come to this Fridays during my lunch break hour to sit at the bar there is the worst service possible at the bar. They have four customers total sitting at the bar and if you are not part of the demographic that they like I do not think he will get served to a speed that you would like to. I ordered a drink ask for a menu and it took 15 minutes for a double shot of Jamison and a menu to come out while I’m sitting at the bar with just four people there.Service is very poor there one associate brings her kids in and get kids eat for free and all of that stuff I don’t know they need to get it in order there it’s very unorganized place.

Ordered salmon and hot wings but the restaurant ran out of salmon and didn't let me know till I got there. I was given the option to pick something else from the menu which I did and it ended up being very bland and my hot wings were Popsicles.

I had a craving for chicken tenders so I ordered some through Uber Eats. Not only did it take them over an hour to cook the food, when it arrived, it was cold and I had to air fry my food.. but what the HELL is this. These are nuggets. I got 4 tiny pieces of chicken.I haven’t gone to this TGIF in years and for good reason. No idea why they’re still open.

Always like Fridays. Friendly bartender, great service. All enjoyed their food.

Bad terrible customer service! I had to ask to get served, ask for my drinks because they forgot, and then 40 min later they came again asking what did I had ordered. On top of it, I consider that people for working, should dress up according to the job. Having the hair touching the floor them going to the kitchen??? Back in the days people take some precautions dealing with food I do not see anything here.
