The barista (Remika) was a delight. From the time I walked in, she stopped everything she was doing with no hesitation, greeted me and took my order. She made it clear from the begging on what was available and what she can do. I understand the shortages and she still made my drink happen. Her positive attitude and made my morning so much better.
Nice staff, but very weak coffee. My Carmel macchiato tasted just like foamed milk.
Everyone are entitled to have bad days, but today was an exceptionally bad experience. The barista taking my order didn’t respond to my simple “good morning” as well as didn’t grab my name after my order was placed. He rushed me along and I stood waiting for my order while those behind me received their orders quicker than I did. When I finally alerted another barista about my situation, apparently my order was already ready but it was under a person named “Kristina — items 2 of 2”. When I told them that wasn’t my name and I didn’t want to grab someone else’s order, they were rude and insisted that my order had been ready. It was clear the baristas working were unhappy. I understand sometimes it can get busy, but my interaction was so poor that I am no longer interested in frequenting this location.
I come here because its convenient, but this is the 2nd time within 2 weeks this location has not had my mobile order ready. Each time I look for my drink, its not there. I was asked if I am sure that I ordered it at the correct location. I show the receipt on my phone, then they make the drink. The problem with this is that there is no awareness or empathy expressed for someone who may be in a rush, or the fact that I expressed this happened to me before. Mistakes like this fall on management & should be corrected if it happens too frequently.
I accidentally chose the wrong store for a mobile order and instead of making the order after showing my receipt they charged me for a new drink. I’ll stick to my regular SB where baristas are kind.

I had made an order at 5:36pm on Tuesday January 26th, 2020 and literally was in line until 5:53pm...most of the wait was for a customer in front of me that literally had the employees scan her phone 8 times and talk to her for 15 minutes. Instead of them telling her to either come in side or to park they made everyone else wait for her foolishness. When I asked if they can have her parked they have me like a shut up wave.....then they have her her stuff and she left. I didn't even get my drink because I was crunched for time what and had to leave, that isn't how you conduct business in fast food.
The current employee named Matt today was rude and moved so slow, almost like he didn’t want to be there. This man too 47mins just to get 3 orders in front of me. I asked if he was the only one working today and he was so nonchalant and rude. Stood there for over an hour because he messed up my order and it took him an extra 20mins to remake it. He is a target employee working at Starbucks. Worst customer service ever.
