I like this location . They get the mobile orders done in a timely manner and even when the drive thru is long they get through the lines very well Thank you!!! : )
I’m very picky with my coffee but the girl with the blue hair made it perfectly !! She was so sweet too.
Came here to get my drinks for me and a few workers, states that they are open at 5AM, I got here at 7AM. No cars on the lot, no staff inside.
Been to this location 3 times and it always has the employees with the worst attitudes, they also don't know how to make drinks correctly. Don't bother coming in to have it remade either because they'll be argumentative about it and still make it wrong. The drinks here are bitter as hell, even the notoriously sweet ones, but it matches the employees well. If you're looking for a Starbucks worth going to, the Maryland City location (Corridor Marketplace) is your best bet for excellent drinks and service ?.
Came here to leave a nice review and surprised by all the others. Customers here must be wack. Solid staff with great customer service and conversation. They even have a trophy to prove it. Drinks are a bonus at this point. I am never disappointed when I go to this location. Sometimes I drive out of my way just to go to his one. They do get busy but they get through it. Keep it up crew!P.S. This location isn't closed. Its next to Wendy's and Best Buy.
The only time I go there is when I know a specific young lady who works there by the name of Jennifer. She knows how to make coffee drinks very well. The other mixer that works there makes it difficult to come to get star burka because they mix the drinks horribly. I am just being honest because as regular customers with the expensive price for a latte, we need that to be done on point and Jennifer is the one I give all the credit to. I can tell you that because she has always been one of the best mixers Starbucks has haired.The other mixers need training ASAP!
Drive through is always quicker than expected, even in the early mornings. They are awesome!
Worse starbucks ever, I make an order of 3 drinks and a sandwich, I understand they busy, but drinks took more then 15 mn so I ask an employee for my sandwich her reply was I'm a batista not a sandwich person, I ask the manager and she told me the same, I'm making drinks and I don't know..........so u have a manager there for what???? She was so rude, I left that place really upset. And with out my food....
This is my favorite Starbucks! I go here several times a week. There is one Barista who is kind, courteous, and helpful. I always know things will go well when she is at the drive-thru window. She is a young Latina teen with the kindest eyes and vibrant personality. She has brown hair. The top portion of her hair is brown and the lower half is hot pink. Starbucks should have this young woman train ALL Baristas as she is professional, well-spoken, helpful, and upbeat. Kudos to this young woman with the half brown and half hot pink hair. She is always bright, efficient, professional, helpful, and kind! She made my visit to Starbucks last Saturday a great experience!
The baristas here are always nice. I go here frequently as I live near by. But— This location continually gets drinks wrong. Always. No matter how clearly I speak. Or in most cases, an order that is displayed directly infront of you.
