I said a big hi and tried to order something. The female barrister rolled eyes towards me and started to wash the gears. She wasn't doing that before I said hi. The so-called attitude in Starbucks, is actually ignoring you most of the time. Obviously if we can just pay and get our coffee self served, who wants to take trouble to ask them. This location is much worse than other Starbucks in this regard. I'd say, much worse, like they are doing favor.
Order a coffee traveler, the cream that was in the cup holder in the bag spill in the bag and went threw my car sit..????I check the bag and the lid was not fully close. What ever happen to those green things that keep it from spilling.
Nice lady behind the counter. Ice coffee taste like the cup was dragged across the pavement. Through an ashtray. Then scooped the bottom of a waffle house coffee maker. Yay! Thank you
Brittney refused to serve me because I was not wearing a mask. In a county that has no mask mandate. While she is standing behind a plastic wall wearing a mask herself. She was both unprofessional and rude. I am a healthy 40yo medical worker who has had 3 vaccine doses and have also had covid myself. There is absolutely no reason why I should have to wear a mask to get a coffee. Not for Brittney, not for anyone. Simply, absolutely pathetic.
I order a Mocha Frappuccino and when I started To drink it when I arrived at work, it was a chocolate chip Frappuccino and this is so nasty. The texture is not great at all. Not happy at all ?

For the last 6 months when I’d do my groceries id try to order something and I’m unsuccessful each time. One day they don’t take cash, the next they don’t take gift cards or debit cards, they only take the Starbucks app to pay (which I downloaded and then they told me I need to preload with money before using). They’re always out of stuff -ALWAYS. My last issue with them was I asked for a drink without ice and they charged me $3 extra as an up-charge for no ice. I always order my drinks without ice it’s already cold. I told them to keep their drink. I’m not paying $8-$9 for a cup of juice. This is the only location that has ever up charged me becuase I don’t want ice. The rest of Starbucks grants my request happily.

Horrible, never have I been to a Starbucks and they told me their smoothie machine is down so they can’t do Frapps! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! HORRIBLE
