I do not recommend this Smoothie King At All. The staff seemed lifeless, but I have much more of an issue with the fact that they keep smoothies out in the open, in a refrigerator where smoothies can Easily be stolen. I ordered a high protein banana smoothie a few weeks ago and they didn't seem to care that my smoothie wasn't in the fridge when I had somebody else try to pick my order up for me. Sure, I was refunded, but I was still a bit angry as this delayed my night plans that day. A real location ought to utilize a name system and have smoothies for customers Behind the counter. They need to fix this issue for customers who order in advance if they want to earn any respect as a location.
I went last week and had a fabulous smoothie and the staff was super nice. Was my first time back at a smoothie king and looking forward to going back.
Immediately got in the store and was greeted horribly by some girl trying to force me to put my mask on while serving a customer with his mask to his chin. She was gladly telling me what I should do but would not say a word to the one she was serving. So all I need is something to just cover my chin and then I can make an order? Why doesn’t she follow the science now that most are vaccinated and the mandate has been dropped we should be able to follow the science. Should just say chin covers required.
I came in with no idea of what I wanted I was greeted by staff and actual owner Tisha who personally made my smoothie based on the ingredients I like ..it was DELICIOUS!VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER...I WILL BE BACK!

I just visited this location today after placing my curbside order online. I called the shop when I arrived, and a male staff person said they couldn't do curbside because it was raining. I also heard a female co-worker laughing in the background. I told him the website didn't say anything about rain and curbside. I asked that he credit my card and I left. A minute later, the female co-worker who was originally laughing in the background called me back and said she spoke to a manager who told them they can come out to give the smoothie. I told her to credit my card, I'm not returning. There are other franchises without ridiculous and juvenile staff.
Very dissatisfied with the service at this Smoothie King. Yesterday l went in to get a smoothie l had cash only. So there is a sign saying there is a shortage of coins and if possible pay by card. IF POSSIBLE IS THE KEY WORDS. So they overcharged me for my smoothie because l didn’t have a card. It clearly said if possible. Today l went in asked for The Hulk substitute butter pecan yogurt for strawberry’s. The guy man said l had to pay extra. The day before l didn’t have to pay extra. This is not a good place to buy your smoothies.
Friendly and fast service. Place was clean also.
I’m here at least 2xs a week love the service! I purchased pure recharge and didn’t like the way it tasted. I called the store was told to come back in for a new one. Devante made me another smoothie no questions asked! The owner is also a very nice woman, always friendly always has a smile on her face. Thank you Devante!
