BEWARE of Scombroid Poisoning from Sushi here. I was hospitalized after developing hives, Stomach pain, nausea, vomiting and faint spells 30 mins after i ate a bento box from here. It was only a california roll so nothing raw. If you search Scrombroid poisoning, it is the weirdest form of food poisoning since the bacteria is from shellfish and causes a induced Histamine reaction in your body and send you into anaphylactic shock no matter if your allergic to seafood or not. The bacteria itself causes this reaction. It is not a allergy. Please be careful. I almost died.
The vegetables were over cooked and dry. They put the chicken on top of the rice. The one in Columbia Mall is much better.
Absolutely ridiculous. Asked for no rice and I was informed I would need to pay an additional $1 to remove rice from my meal. I wasn’t asking for additional anything. Literally to remove something I am not allowed to consume. Never returning!
Everything is fine. But when I ask chicken well done, I feel like they hit or miss it coz they are busy and communication back to kitchen is tough. There was an American girl at front desk and couldn’t deliver the info to the kitchen . Sarku Japan is my all time favorite though
Chicken bowl is just the right size for a not so hungry lunch. Meat taste tender and not too salty. Vege is fresh. Price is right for a quick meal. For something simple and quick, this is right.
Friendly staff, fair prices, and in my opinion it's better than Panda.

Hey Sarku. I asked for utensils. I had to drink my soup. I'm at work. No napkins either? Also, food was ok. Not great and really really small portions. It's looking like take-out is nothing like it used to be.
