Today I went here and it was so nice. Every Employee was absolutely incredibly pleasant. Smiling, chatting with Customers, assisting Customers. Definitely coming back again. Today was a great Day!
Chicken is phenomenal but expensive compared to any other chicken place really.Also this one like apparently most of not all royal farms do NOT have a baby changing station. I took off a star for that, not family friendly in that regard.The store was clean and well stocked. Food was hot (but expensive)
There's a lot wrong with this location, not the least of which being the fact it's understaffed, but the worst part are the prices. The gas, itself, averages 20 cents more per gallon than competitors and the chicken, which is generally good, don't get me wrong, is 3.30 per tender. A simple strip of chicken, $3.30. There are no deals or combos or specials. That's just insanity, especially when there's a Popeye's one street down (among all of the other food options in this area). However, I will give props to the car wash for not being a junky "touchless" thing. High pressure water guns aren't going to get the job done most days. The wash here uses legit brushes and that's getting increasingly hard to find. But that's it. No other redeeming qualities about this place. Come for the car wash, after you've gotten gas and food from any other place.
Staff is rude, i ordered and paid for my food and they never announced when it was ready, a couple minutes pass and the girl at the counter says are you waiting for something? In a snide voice, i said yes and showed my order number, she cuts me off and says "we called your number" (which no she didnt) and she hands me half my order. I notice my sandwich isnt there and i said is the sandwich in here? She said no and points to the other end of the counter instead of handing it to me. And says its over there in her snide voice. Ok hun so you watched me order and made my order and put both parts on seperate ends of the counter for no reason and then sat there 2 minutes before you asked my why i was standing there. Make it make sense, what is wrong with these kids? and the manager is a loud mouth she is rude and acts like she doesnt know how to use her inside voice when speaking
I've gone to this Royal farms several times and found the chicken to be good and high quality but recently over the past several months I've noticed that the chicken I'm getting is very dark, overfried or when you peel back the dark skin you find that the chicken must be at least 2 or 3 days old because it's hard to chew and when you're picking up something and traveling 7 miles back to get home to see that when you get there the chickens not right it's a bad thing So I give it 2 stars
never again will i go to a royal farm. the staff seem to hate their job or hate the customer. very rude to the customers. guy working was yelling at a customer because he didn’t have a mask - which i get BUT staff wasn’t wearing mask either. power trip. once again. i will never go to royal farms again
Worst staff ever, they will treat you terribly. Food is terrible. I saw them berating an old woman for no reason. The guys behind the cooking counter should be fired. Don’t go here.
Bad experience in this store I want my refund I'm not coming no more to this store or gas station I buy a cbd vape pen and it didn't work no one wanted to do a refund or even change it.. and they wanted me to come at 5 am in the morning to talk to someone I call to the store and they said that they couldn't do nothing about it.. the other day I came to this store they let me stay around 15 min inside of the store just to put gasoline because they don't even know how to use the machine I want my money back.
Cashier could use a breathe mint, unpleasant experience due to oral hygiene.
