I lived in Italy for several years and have a certain expectation when it comes to Italian ice cream. All I wanted was a small cone. First off it was almost $6 but I paid it because it was "Italian". Let me tell you, there is nothing Italian about this place. The ice cream had no flavor and almost had a plastic texture to it. I took a couple bites and threw the rest away.Nothing to do with the business but, hopefully the owner reads this. the word GELATI is the plural form of GELATO..
went here first time in this location, my 4 years old asked milkshake, after i place order my son asked sprinkles so i requested them just little bit sprinkles from top of milkshake,i noticed when i came to pay register and again tell them same thing and the staff who served my order told me i should know before what i am ordering!i didn’t request that hard service that she can not make and if i don’t ask i know my son will be crying for while! and notice later she put sprinkles on bottom of my ice cup!please note:- every kid is not normal and not easy so be kind with them! not rude!!

I could not believe I found a Rita's that was open in the winter/spring. The staff was friendly and made a amazing concrete for me.
I was craving Rita’s, and thank God it was open. All I wanted was “green ice and chocolate custard.”You may be thinking, “that’s gross,” but 1) I’m pregnant 2) I would order this even if I didn’t have a baby in my stomach 3) I don’t eat them together. I scrape them off one another lol.The lady working there for delivered with a smile on her face. She gave me a small sample of the Key Lime and I was sold.I love the chocolate custard. The key lime flavor was delicious!The lady there made my day! The ice and custard helped, too.
I love the options and customizations that they have and are willing to do! Very fun place even with the gloomy atmosphere!
It's really Good I would definitely recommend to anyone to have it and the employees are extremely nice.
I came in and was served by Jen, she was very sweet and allowed me to try several samples and made great recommendations even though it was busy. Excellent customer service and perfect for a hot day I can’t wait to come back!
