My experience was amazing! Everything was fresh and fast. I did have a bad experience with the lobster tail tasting like chlorine but the manager came out with excellent customer service to fix the issue. (Vendor issue)Advice for the store: please check the quality of the lobster tails before sending them out. And check with the vendors as well
Me and my aunt came here after church to eat the waitress took a long time to greet us. they were out of mozzarella sticks, food wasn't good at all, and the price you would think you would get more food, I paid 6 dollars for seven shrimp and they were small ??♀️ our broccoli was over cooked their coconut shrimp was nasty ? everything was a mess never will I eat here or any other red lobster again the money I spent on the food wasn't worth it at all oh the their biscuits was good though

My wife and I couldn't get past the menus. The first had food caked up on the pages, the second one given to us had red stains (perhaps blood) on it and the 3rd had finger prints all over it! Obviously they don't clean the menus after customer usage, which is totally unacceptable given the spread of the COVID-19 virus and its variants. We asked to speak to the manager, Matt, and waited 30 minutes in vain, as Matt never showed up! One other note, the bartender had her backpack in the sink behind the bar in close proximity to food, beverages, etc. The thing was she was pulling stuff out of backpack and returning them without washing her hands. The was a try of plates and glasses from a table of customers who had finished their meals that sat on the bar for the entire time we were there. Our experience was horrible, and the hurtful thing is that this is our neighborhood Red Lobster!!!
Our waitress took a long time initially to come acknowledge us. Maybe 20 minutes. Then she got my daughters order wrong. She had 2 tables and took her time with both of us. The food was not good which is a first for this location. I can come here at any time of the day and the food would be great. Only thing we enjoyed was the bread, lemonade, salad and Long Island
Our server took a long time to come to the table to greet us. By the time he came over my husband and I had already viewed to menu and was ready to order. I ordered a strawberry margarita which NEVER came. I was told that ONLY the manager could make drinks and he/she hadn’t done it yet. By the time our food came out my margarita was still not made so I ended u cancelling it. You guys need to do better!!!!
Totally terrible experience I wanted to take my mom out to eat and this place was just terrible the waiter Gubai was awful the manager came over and just made things worse never will go back there please who ever is reading this do not eat here this a pitiful restaurant pitiful establishment they got my order wrong twice they got my moms order wrong 3 times they got my sisters order wrong 3 times to please guys save your money
I had the grilled flounder and shrimp scampi with pasta. It was ok. I wouldn’t have it again. But the service was great. We had Chris. He was super attentive, polite and checked in on us through out. The biscuits is always the best part of the meal for me. I’d go back because of the great service Chris provided. I would just order something else. I told Chris my pasta was salty and he adjusted my order accordingly.
The service was a little slow, their were a lot of people being trained that day. Food still tasted good, no complaints there. Hopefully the staff can get trained so that things will be running smoothly!
