Always so good ?
I've been going here for years but for the last year and a half or so they're terrible. I'm not sure if it's the staff or what. But the rice is undercooked and hard. They don't put any meat compared to what they used to especially compared to other quickway locations. And if you order online it'll say it's ready and you show up and still wait 10 mins.
I only give 3 stars because the food is delicious, affordable, and the portion is generous. But I do have an issue that is constant. I was there three times and ordered the same thing (chicken and shrimp bento box) all three times I received steak and chicken instead. Today, not only did I get the wrong protein combo but it wasn’t even put in as a bento box. I was not upset because I wanted sushi anyways so I ordered it on the side. I asked three times to make sure there was wasabi and soy sauce with my order. I was assured that they were in my bag. When I got home I realized the same meat combination mistake and to my major disappointment, there were no wasabi and soy sauce to go with my sushi roll. These condiments should be automatic. Who can have sushi without them? I couldn’t even enjoy the sushi as I would like. You all really need to have a better process. I have not gotten an order right yet….
Ordered the beef, chicken, and shrimp hibachi. Asked for the fried rice without the peas and carrots. Friendly service, delicious food and good portions. Definitely coming back.
I have been going here for years and this indeed is a FAST food. Food taste delicious, some healthy options and chicken is cook to perfection.
HAD A ORDER OF 6 ITEMS (ORDER 18) AND EVERYTHING WAS WRONG, WHEN I TALKED TO THE MANAGER SHE ACTED LIKE SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE.
The food was amazing cooked to perfection, they did and outstanding job, I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this place, you won’t be disappointed !!!!
They keep your plate open while you’re waiting and they have it exposed to the elements. As the line moves your plate is sitting there with your meat getting cold. I stay 5 min from this location and my food is not even warm
Food was good but the place was packed, and the waiting time is quite a lot, It took more than 30 min just to pack my order.
I ordered the beef and shrimp bento box. Everything was fresh and delicious! I would have given them five stars but I got noodles and wish I would have gotten fried rice because the noodles were not seasoned at all. They were just like boiled noodles. So I'll make sure I get rice next time. The spring rolls were crispy and filled with vegetables. The chicken dumplings were flavorful. The meat and shrimp wasn't overcooked and the four pieces of California roll sushi were good. I'll definitely be ordering from there again.
