My chix salad had no celery, and was dry as a dessert. The quality of my deli meats was poor and I ordered double meats , but got substan- tially less.When I called the store the manager became difficult and defensive. - Beware !!
I love going to Potbelly. I ordered online and my order was correct and tasted really fresh as If I ordered it at the actual shop. I have been going to Potbelly since I moved here and I have not been disappointed.

I walked in and the place was empty, i ordered a sandwhich and sat down to eat. Half way through i noticed a long black hair in the middle of my food. It immediately made me sick to my stomach, I did not even ask for a refund I got up and left and never went back. This place is gross.

I was extremely impressed with the Staff here, they acknowledged me as I walked in with my toddler daughter. They took my order in an orderly fashion, I was in and out of there in minutes.
