I had the pleasure of meeting Bianka approximately 4 months ago. Since we met I have pretty much eaten her food every Sunday. I have had numerous dishes and they have all been GREAT! I have to give a particular shout out to the shrimp fried rice. When I tell you this dish is AMAZING please believe me! I have NEVER had fried rice like Bianka's. The rice itself is so damn good you don't even need the shrimp!! When you get a chance do yourself a favor, stop by, get food, support this beautiful woman with an even more beautiful smile. I guarantee you will not regret it!!!!!!! Love you Beauty Bianka!!!!!!!

Binka is so professional and kind. We ordered samosa, spring roll and puff puff for our baby shower. Her food is tasty and her communication is detailed to make sure it’s everything you’re requesting. We would definitely work with her again!

Ordered half tray of Spicey Goat and half tray of Efo riro for same day pickup. My order was prepped and ready even before the time they gave me.I tasted both the spicey goat and the efor on a bowl of rice they gave me on the house, Delicious to say the least. the salt was perfect, the flavor was on point and the Lady was the sweetest and most mild mannered restaurant owner I've ever met.
If it is possible to give this business a zero star review, I will definitely do that. I was introduced to the owner by a friend of mine some years ago, and I ordered a Jumbo snail and Bitter leaf soup for delivery on Christmas eve. After spending so much money for the food and delivery, the owner prepared something completely different from what I requested. I called her to make things right with me (I have been a customer for about 2 years), instead she stopped picking up my calls and didn't return or respond to my text messages for multiple weeks. Although, they promised to make things right with me, but nothing happened for multiple weeks. I highly advise that you stay away from this business. If you don't want trouble, fraud, and someone who has no clue on how to run a business or maintain a customer base, stay away from this business. GOOD SERVICE IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS IN BUSINESS.

Ordering food from Pleroma Cuisine was the single best decision i made the Christmas holidays. Where do I start?Let's start with presentation.The food is packed in boxes, so professionally done. The boxes are durable, and did withstand being transported from Maryland to Pennsylvania without falling apart. Kept the food warm.The Taste! Her food is quality, tastes amazingly sp good. My guests where sooo happy to have some good old favorites like scotch eggs, for Christmas. The scotch eggs are coated with real fish too, not dough. The fried rice was sooo tasty. The African donuts were enjoyed with coffee the next day after Christmas.
