perfectly hot, fresh, and perfect looking pizza was delivered today. I had been using a competitor for a while, and decided to go back to the laurel Md pizza hut because, i really missed their crust. I ordered a large hand tossed supreme and 2 pan cheese pizzas. The delivery was on time, the driver was kind , and the pizza was amazing. I enjoyed using this location already, yesterday was top notch though
Always get the order wrong once I got it all the way home called them and told them it was wrong and then they said well we'll just be able to make you a new pizza we can't do anything else for you which was fine but then when I got there I had to wait over an hour for them to make the pizza second time I went they didn't even make my pizza I came back to pick it up I walked in ordered it came back about a half an hour 40 minutes later and they hadn't even started it and then the manager act like you know no big deal that it was because they were understaffed and you have no apology nothing every time I go there there's a problem and the manager is incredibly rude and takes no responsibility for the problems in her restaurant
Made well, good service, pizza flavor just OK. Got the Veggie Supreme. Honestly, just o k.
The pizza had 1/3 of it with no toppings other than sauce. And the door dash took way to long to get here 30 minutes took longer than an hour. Not happy.
Took more than an hour not trusting Pizza Hut anymore because this delivery was awful. Mostly because they wouldn't pick-up the phone to let me know how late my order is. Placed at 6:45c order never arrived until exactly 8:45pm. The delivery was not contactless as I requested & was delivered by a non-Pizza Hut man...couldn't tell if it was an Uber Eats or DoorDash or other. Pizza was already getting cold as well
Foiod was ready and warm, but front atendente could have a little more people skills. I understand that it had to cut the pizza but a little hello and attention, more than yes you can slide your card and not even ask if I want a 4 receipt or the receipt is in the box would help creat an atmosphere that I value you more than the money you bringing in
I havent been to a pizza hut since the pandemic started but it was always one of my favorites. Something is different now, the pizza did not have that distinctive pizza hut flavor I remebered, it was always the sauce now there using something different and its just like anyone elses pizza now. Toppings were very skimpy, pizza took an hour to arrive, ordered at 1 pm on a sunday afternoon.
Ordered a pizza and it came 2 hours later and I live across the street...... and was upside down in the box.
Food arrived so DAMN fast frankly it was stunning and tasted great and fresh SO BETTER than dominos and EVERYONE else and their b.s. excuses
The food was good and the customer service was great.
