3/10/2022If i could give zero stars I would. One thing that I dislike is bad customer service specially from managers. The unprofessionalism of this particular location is unmatched. I’ve ordered from this location several times simply because its what the website and app provide for delivery. I can’t count the amount of times I’ve had to requested my refund due to long periods of wait times for delivery and phone mannerism. During my last encounter I requested a refund from the store manager and he assured me that I wasn’t going to get one. He also challenged me to go in person so he could handle it. I called Corporate and now I’m in the works of getting my refund and hopefully getting some qualified staffers in there.I hope this location gets an entire new team. My family and I love our area and enjoy ordering from this company. My youngest was very disappointed to have to settle for frozen pizza.Update 3/11/2022Quick update. The following day after the incident I received a phone call from the daytime manager. She was more than apologetic and provided my myrefund.
I called and double tripple checked with the HOST who said his name was Jason. My pizza was wrong. I called again and spoke to a manager who said my pizza was on the way ASAP. I was hoping for it in 20 mins cuz that’s what she said. 40 mins later the store was closed and I never got my pizza. HORRIBLE!’ PLEASE HELP
The absolute worseWe have ordered 3 times. Delivery driver drops it off an hour late and doesn't even know where it was delivered toPizza is always wrong
Someone text me and said my order was modified or canceled and.for me.to contact the store. While I was on hold my order was delivered. Very weird, the text was Not from pizza hut. FyiAlso When I called the store I was immediately put. In hold. I had a simple question, they should really hear what the person is calling for before putting on hold. I eventually hung up only because my order showed up.Other than this the food was good and hot and delivery was fast! Always have a good experience with the store in Laurel, MD
The pizza was great and the wings. The delivery person was very friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we ordered. And the food was great!!!!

My pizzas and wings were great! Sadly no one was able to deliver to my residence which is the only downside but the employees were very friendly and got me in and out as smooth as possible. Would go to this Pizza Hut again :)
I ordered at 4:15 this afternoon and did not receive my food until 6pm. The pizza was completely burnt and inedible. Reminded me of cardboard. I drove to the store, the employee would not allow me to talk to a manager. He also would not offer me a refund. He refused to listen to my order again so I could make sure it was correct.He was also rude to the other customers following me, not familiar with the menu. A customer asked for a meaty marinara and he acted like it did not exist. DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE BUSINESS.
Ordered twice in last week, both times pizza was horrible. Crust was stale and pizza barely had any sauce on it, I had better pizza that was microwaved. I will never eat from that pizza hut again
Our delivery driver completely disregarded the drop off instructions, did not call to let us know that they were were going to leave our pizza in the lobby unattended and on the table. Our pizza had our apt # and they used are door code to get in so why not call to ask us to come down to get the pizza or let us know where you are leaving it or follow the instructions and could have left it at our door
