They have a call taker named Christiana Who's continuously rude and is consistently getting the order wrong. I keep calling the manager Amer but she keep saying he's not there. This place is terrible

Onion rings did not taste like onion at all, it was basically just fried batter. Steak sub so greasy it soaked through the bag which made the sandwich soggy. Will not go back quality has gone down.

BEYOND STINGY with cheese sauce for cheese fries. I constantly order from them but I think this will be the LAST time. I hit EXTRA cheese sauce on the side button and I think its just laziness. Well, you just lost a longtime customer as I'll be taking my business elsewhere now... Calling them has no effect either they simply dont care about customers...
THIS PLACE IS TRASH, THEY REFUSED TO HELP WHEN THEY REALIZED THEY FORGOT TO MAKE HALF MY ORDER. THE GIRL BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS TOO WORRIED ABOUT WATCHING TIK TOK THAN HELP CUSTOMERS.
