I live 4 minutes away, took an HOUR. Ordered the small size pizza, COLD. Also they skimp out on ingredients. Wouldn’t recommend honestly.
Pizza and wings delivered by DoorDash completely cold. If I wanted to put pizza in the microwave before eating it, I would have bought frozen from the grocery store.
Guy in front of store is ignoring kitchen staff's time estimates, telling customers 15 minutes when in reality it's an hour plus.Observed multiple DoorDash orders waiting in store get canceled
My family and I like the pizza but the service is terrible. They tend to get orders wrong and when requested to correct the mishap, they do not tend to take responsibility. The customer service staff have bad attitude toward customers. It is unfortunate.

Ordered about 3 hours ago. I am now physically sick (food poisoning symptoms) and I know it’s the pizza because it’s the only thing I’ve eaten today and was feeling just fine before. So upset and want my money back.First and VERY last time ordering.

I like PPJ in general and have ordered from this location. This location cuts out on the toppings, then do not add enough toppings. Looking in toppings for 4 pizzas they make 6 or 7 pizza's. Chicken and jalapenos pizza would barelt have chicken and when you ask the staff, they dont care. They seems to be rude and with a do not care attitude.
This place is awful. System said 30 minute wait. 1 hour later and the guy says sorry. Food was cold. NEVER AGAIN.
